They throw around dollars like manhole covers here. Meaning they don't throw them around at all. The pit bosses want your... players card more than life itself, but you can then lose several thousand dollars and they'll give you a drink or two compedtops. TOPS. Players card on table games is completely useless. Useless!!!!!!! Better to go to any other casino rather than thisone. They give comps in Vegas not in AZ. You can't win at 6 deck blackjack. And that's all that you can get in AZ. Plus thiscasino wants your players card to then give you NO benefits. Don't give them a players card. Go lose 5 to 10k like I did and gettwo free drinks as a comp and see how you feel about it after giving them a players card which they so desperately wanted. Alongwith most of my cash. Ugh. Awful. Avoid this casino at all extreme costs. Can't even get a free night as a comp. At all. I'mdone giving them my money for absolutely no comps. Awesome games with low max bet slots. there's a variety of older reel games and new computer slots. Tables are fun to play.... Staff at the rewards center and are are awesome ....dealers are so so. I did have to leave the roulette table two differenttimes with two different dealers as they even acknowledge my money as I was trying to put on the table. 10/13/22 Please do not over look this review, my husband and I were guests on 10/11/22 and our cocktail waitress was so foul In... her delivery toward myself and my husband that it escalated to a conversation between myself and the manager Dwayne. Dwayne isthe exception in all of this, I explained how belittled I was the entire night by women who are trained and expected to deliverthe ultimate experience. He expressed his utmost apologies and told me that the next visit in, was on him. Clearly not thedollars I was playing but the drinks I was ordering he without any hesitation made sure to make sure I knew, was on him. He mademe feel warm and fuzzy and allowed me the comfort in returning two nights later. Tonight .. was absolute blasphemy. The veryfirst waiter that approached me was incredibly understanding of my explanation as to why my drinks were comped, but of course weget to a female cocktail waitress and she immediately denies my third drink of the night and proceed to call to floor thecocktail supervisor, to question not only my being in the casino but when I arrived and how much I had drank. Again that woman(the supervisor on duty) the exception, so cordial, heard me out assured me my behavior was decent and cleared me to continue myevening. Once my third drink was ordered we get badgered again! This time the waitress is questioning why there is no paymentafter I had already tipped her out, read that again! She was tipped Out and she walked away initially With no question and justhad it out to come back and demand I pay her without even consulting With her team (pit, managers). LONE BUTTE, your waitress iscompromising the business in which your casino retains. PLEASE DO SOMETHING! Allow young women to not be bullied by women wholack the confidence to walk the floor. It was alright. They had 2 beverage stations from what I saw that had soda, tea, and coffee. Some of the patrons were quite rude... and racist to me and my grandma, but that's not something Gila River can control. There were a lot of machines to choose fromand some were pretty fun. I didn't get a chance to grab food there so maybe another time I'll check out one of theirrestaurants. Read more

conveniently located off 202/101- too convenient lol. no smoking yet, honestly it was very refreshing not to have it. employees... wear mask, always friendly and nice... new machines since I've been there. excellent food w/ mass choices. my luck hasn'tchanged though! maybe I'll try new machines! This review is mostly about the poker room: it's a nice, spacious room with plenty of promotions, large poker tables and fairly... comfortable seats. It's dark and the temp is usually cool. The action is pretty good. The service is just okay and the foodcould be a lot better. Most of the dealers are very friendly, fun, and professional. However, the last time I was there one ofthe male dealers berated me, and all women, out of nowhere, and every player at the table was shocked. They thought he wasjoking but he wasn't. His excuse was, "I'm a Republican." The room is open 24 hours, and the players are pretty friendly. Thereis no smoking, no masks, no barriers. It's a less pretentious and softer room than Talking Stick Resort. The rest of the casinois small but seems pretty average. It's worth checking out! I always have fun here. Read more
