Love the food, but the last two times we have gotten delivery they fries were only 3/4 full, and they didn't give the extra... ones on top as they usually do. Not sure if it is because of delivery, but twice in a row eliminates coincedence for me. $8.99for 3/4 full fries is not a good deal! Read more
Just a poor experience overall. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I felt as if i was being a bother just simply... asking a question, about my order, and then i had to bring it back to correct the issue. I felt like i was not welcome, andannoying them when it wasn't even busy at all. The food was extremely over priced- almost 15$ for a kid burger and drink- nofries- and it was TERRIBLE. The first and only time I've ever had a bad experience at this chain. I hadn't been in a very longtime, so i was really looking forward to it. Now I'm not sure I'll go back to this location again. Recently tried this location after having a bad experience at a store near by. Had such a great experience. Well trained and... friendly staff made me feel welcome. I spoke with Trent while I was there over some confusion on pricing, he was very wellspoken and very knowledgeable about his job and made sure I left happy. Great store. Read more
My experience started out great with pedro as my cashier. I order a bacon cheeseburger with cajon fries and a oreo milkshake. My... experience took a turn when the plus size lady with glasses was rude to me for no apparent reason. She gave me my food with anattitude and didnt include my milkshake. When i asked her for it she sighed under her breath and she begin to make it. When shetried to give it to me i noticed no whipped cream and asked for some which seemed to be a problem. Im not sure if she was justin a bad mood but i stayed polite and went to my table. My first experience at Five guys was almost a good experience until sheruined it. Read more
Third day in a row I have been here. Burgers were good. Went to the left coca cola machine for water and got back this yellow... toilet water in my cup. Wont be drinking here anytime soon! Stay safe folks! Read more
I am normally a Five Guys fanatic, but this burger came out soggy and falling apart.
