The quality of donuts has declined drastically enough that I will not be going back. Donuts are much smaller. Why can't you at... least separate the donuts in the bag with the paper, etc. I didn't order a powdered chocolate donut!!! Ugh just not worth it! Read more
Drinks are a joke from this place and I wonder if they even put any espresso in the lattes. They often get food item orders... wrong by completely missing items or just adding new ones in there, ALL the time, or ignoring special instructions. Haven?t hada single order from there without issues. Employees clearly don?t want to be there and based on how hard it is to hear themspeak on the speaker in the drive through, it sounds like their equipment might be causing a lot of the miscommunication. Coffee is good but the drive through window staff are ungodly rude and unfriendly. I usually place a simple online order and the... cashier hands me my drink, stone faced, says nothing and seems generally angry almost every time I come by. Been here several times, most experiences have been neutral, several have just been bad, none that I would call good. My most... recent experience is what prompted me to write this review. 5:50 a.m. I place a pickup order for three dozen donuts for mydaughter's classroom. I set the pickup time at 8:45 a.m. I ordered an equal amount of vanilla with sprinkles and pink withsprinkles. I had seen a warning on the app that said due to the size of the order it might take a few extra minutes. At 8:45 Ichecked the app and it says that my order was entered in at 8:38 a.m. oh okay that must mean I'm good to go. We get there at9:00 and not only is our order not ready, it hasn't even been started. They start putting it together and then tell us that theyare out of the vanilla sprinkle but they have chocolate. So we get that. We didn't get out of there until 9:15. There was notone single apology. There was not one single attempt by the man I took to be a manager as he was dressed differently, to makethings right. As a matter of fact when I grabbed my bag I loudly said thank you as he literally turned his back and said nothingin response. Not even a you're welcome. And why is it that there were maybe two cars at any given time in the drive-thru, nocustomers in the store, but a whole gaggle of employees behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cutoff?? It was such disorganized chaos. This plus previous bad experiences has solidified it for us. We won't be returning tothis location. There's another location we can go to on Riggs, there is a Bashas nearby, Bosa Donuts not far away, and ourfavorite, Duck Donuts.
