Came here on a Saturday morning around 1130 Wanted to sit down and eat inside, but both doors were locked... I looked inside... and saw employees busy with drive through orders mostly, not paying attention to me at the door. Why isn't the door open duringposted business hours? Anyhow, got back in the car and went through the drive through. Most if all donuts were gone. Therewere roughly 5 donuts left total... so I ordered 2 Jelly. Came to the window, and turns out there were no Jelly Donuts, in factthey were Lemon, but somehow they found a Strawberry Frosted that I asked for earlier, that they told me there were noneof... So yeah, a Donut place that doesn't know what donuts they have, has very few donuts for a Saturday morning, and doesn'thave doors open during posted business hours. Read more
Order the avocado toast, bagel bits, vanilla iced coffee and matcha latte. Everything was great except the matcha latte.
They are so rude at this location. No one greets you at the window and everyone has an attitude like no one wants to work there.... I asked for very light ice in my refresher and when I pulled up to the window it was packed with ice. I asked them to remake itand the girl looked with a snarky face and the guy was laughing. They remade it with packed ice the 2nd time as well. Don?tspend your money here they definitely don?t appreciate customers. Read more
Came inside to order at 9:00 am today. The shop was so dirty. The floors we?re dirty and stained as well as the countertops. One... of the employees was carrying her 2 year old around the store and in the back. She was wearing slippers with bare feet. Thefellow that served us was very pleasant but, he was handling the cash and then was getting donuts and making the drinks withoutwashing his hands. The garbage can was overflowing too. It seemed that the store was not cleaned at night from the day before. Iwon?t be coming back here. Read more
Placed an order and went to pick up in the drive thru. First issue was they forgot the coffee roll I ordered. I also ordered a... Vanilla Bean Coolatta and was given an iced coffee with whipped cream. I told them that I ordered a Coolatta and was told thattheir machine was down so these were not available and they gave me the coffee as a substitute. This is a completely differentitem and they did not let me know the Coolatta was unavailable and asked if I would like a different item or a refund, they justdecided to give me an iced coffee with no mention the item was not available. I also ordered a sausage egg and cheese Englishmuffin. I have attached a photo of the sandwich the gave me. I am honestly speechless. This was a terrible experience 0/10 wouldnot recommend. Read more
Burnt breakfast roll ups, WAY too much sugar in my Lg tea even amount was specified, and no old fashioned donut(pumpkin was in... bag). This was the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I've had. This location seems to fall short of the other locations I havevisited. Read more
Coffee is always good, but it's ALWAYS hit or miss on the doughnuts. I've ordered donut holes from this location and the one on... Warner and been shafted twice. First time on Warner, ALL of the donuts were old and dry. This time on Pecos, I didn't even getall 10 of the donuts, AND the ones I got, some were like smashed. My coffee has always been good whenever I purchased it there and so is the service!
