Today was the last time I'll be coming here. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar and a toasted everything bagel... with butter. It is a bunch of kids who are polite however I had a defective cup that was leaking. I was handed a drippingcoffee cup I grabbed it and coffee was streaming out. I asked for a new lid or something she took it back put a new lid on andit was still leaking. Her response to me was "it must be over filled with coffee and handed the dripping cup of coffee to me. It filled my cup holder with coffee. They often give me the incorrect food item. Poor management. Read more
I worked here for a week. What I can say based on my time there is that the back of the store is filthy, they don?t label any... expiring products accurately, the gm(+/-50 year old) negatively gossips about the teenagers working there, and the trainingprocess is awful/nonexistent. The crew is nice and tries their best but with leadership like this the store will never thrive.Good luck everyone! Read more
Very disappointed! Can't use more than one offer on App. Cashier got chocolate glaze all over my donut bag! I didn't order any... donuts with chocolate! All attention and activity is focused on the drive through. Should pay attention to those that actuallyget off their butts and walk inside! Read more
I don't think I've ever been to any place several times and each time got worse than the last. Bad attitudes and every single... time The order was wrong. Worst, rudest donut place I've ever been to! They won't let you do multiple orders in drive thru either..whhhaaat? 2 people... can't order 2 coffees in the car. Ridiculous! No one else does that. This morning they also wrote BYE! on their front door andwouldn't accept orders inside. Drive thru only they yelled. So rude to the PAYING CUSTOMERS. Just got home with my order to see chunks of white spoiled cream in my coffee. I ordered online and picked it up within 5... minutes, yet the ice was almost completely melted and it tastes off. I've ordered this exact drink hundreds of times at otherlocations. Who knows how long this was sitting out and maybe they gave me an old cancelled order? Visit regularly for my caramel iced latte fix. Sometimes get a sourdough breakfast sandwich when I forget my breakfast or... lunch. The service is fast and the staff are always attentive and courteous. Read more
