Another great dunkin location. Staff is very friendly and the business kept clean. Food was prepared as ordered.
Was the only car in the drive thru and they made me pull around and wait. I had ordered the small breakfast wake up wraps and... the wrap was so hard I had to separate from the rest and throw it away. What do I have to do to get some extra cream around here? ???? I ask for it every single time and I have not once gotten a... coffee that wasn?t dark brown. I don?t know what it is about Dunkin? Donuts, but every one I?ve been to across the state andeven out of state has the same issues. The food and drinks are great on the rare occasion that they do them right. But good luckgetting them to listen to you! It used to be that they would always put cheese on my sandwich after me requesting no cheese.Then I just stopped getting sandwiches. Now it?s not putting extra cream. I feel like I?ve gotten more cream in my coffee when Idon?t say anything versus when I ask for extra ???? It?s kind of impressive actually that they can consistently mess up the sameexact way across all their locations and throughout all the people they hire. This location has a drive through that is a bit of a challenge, especially if it is your first visit. Otherwise it is fast and... friendly. The coffee drinks are okay, but certainly fast food quality. Overall, everything is acceptable EXCEPT they charge forpup cups, and don?t tell you. Out of 3 out if 3 products, and they didn't even attempt to apologize or make me (the customer) happy. 7:30 am, they gruffly... tell me they're out of the special cold brew that's on the sign, then I have to ask for alternatives, which was met by aninvisible eye roll. I pay nearly $4 for the cold brew anyway and they don't put the foam on top that goes with that beverage,or (assuming they're out of that too) even ask if I want regular cream... Just sent it to me with nothing. Ridiculous. Theyout of Cinnamon Raisin and Onion Bagels (??!!) With no apology. It was like they felt they were doing ME a favor by offeringanything at all. My daughter asked for a strawberry donut with sprinkles but she got the one with snowflakes sprinkles. They also dumped my... Boston cream one on bottom of bag so it looked awful looking. The cashier didn't seem to care about this at all. Overall, itwas a horrible experience. Read more
