This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. This time was the worst. When I received the pizza it came just as the... photo I attached. It literally looks like someone threw the pizza on the ground picked it up and placed it back in the box. Iwent to the store and asked the young lady in the front for the manager. She ignored me even after asking her twice. She thenlooked back in disgust and told the manager I wanted to speak with her. Placed an order for a gathering for three items for pick up. Was quoted a 30 min ready for pick up time. Arriving 10 min beyond... the quoted readiness period, the operation was in a complete failure mode. Stood in the long line of irritated customers foreternity until persuing an employee to find out our order had not even started. Total disappointment in Domino's! I'm not even sure how this place is still in business. This is the worst experience my family and I have ever had at Domino's.... Not only did they mess up our order, but they charged us for a pizza we didn't even receive. The customer service was horribleand the incompetence of the people working at this location is unbelievable. The pizza we did finally receive tasted terribleand was burned. We will never visit another Domino's because of the horrible experience we had tonight. Read more
Another bad pizza. Asked for extra sauce and cheese and it was skimpy. lots of bubbles and burnt areas.
I usually goto a different location. But this one was on my way home. I ordered a couple pizzas and 2 orders of Honey BBQ wings.... Receipt and box both say Honey BBQ wings. Get home and they are both are spicy hot buffalo wings. Too hot for my family to eat. I called the store and got and "OK" you can bring them back if you want. I had picked them up on my way home from work and didnot want to drive 10 miles to exchange wings. And we were too hungry to go back. So $15 in the trash. I contacted corporate viathe website and email with no response. My family loves dominoes. But this location just does not seem to be up to par. And Iguess corporate dominoes does not care either. I ordered pizza from store #9211. I selected the well done option as I do for every pizza I order from Dominos. The pizza was... burnt to a crisp. Not even edible. I called the store and received the worst customer service. The person who answered said ?youordered well done so I don?t know what to tell you?. Again, I always order well done and it never is so burnt you can?t see thetoppings on the pizza. Read more
Ordered 4 large, 3 topping pizzas. All four pizzas were extremely light on toppings. By light I'm not exaggerating when I say... 1-2 of each topping per slice. The 3 toppings on the attached photo are mushrooms, banana peppers, and bacon. ???? Read more
Ordered wisconsin 6 cheese ,pacific veggie pizza and chicken wings. Chicken wimgs are worst. Fluffy and smells really bad. I... threw all of them. Speciality Cheese pizza is very bad.
