I don?t think I?ve spent more than 10-15 minutes at this location. At times I even place an on the spot order and they seem to ... get the order done with no problems. Solid deals you can?t even lie! Not many places will you get a 5.99$ mix n match (pricesslightly vary duh) consistently. The others deals are pretty great too like 20$ for 2 medium pizzas wings and bread bites and a2 liter? I've just ordered my last pizza from Domino's. I tried to call my order in and much to my surprise the 7.99 3 topping pizza was... $21.00!!!! To get the $7.99 pizza one must order online, otherwise pay $21.00!!!! I did place the order online and got the $7.99price, but when I went to pick up my order I was told they were short staffed and it would be another 10 min. I said no problem,I'm in the black car right there. I thought they might let me know when my order was ready as I was told I couldn't wait for itin the lobby. That didn't happen. I waited 20 minutes and gave up waiting and went to the door. By this time my pizza was nolonger hot, but simply warm. They stated that since I ordered it for pick up they wouldn't have been bringing it out to the car.They also weren't able to give me a heads up that my pizza was ready! I've been buying a large pepperoni pizza almost daily for over three years as it's one of the few foods my autistic son doesn't... reject. The staff who have helped me during all this time have always been very kind, some know me by my name and when I enterthe store, they greet me and almost without asking they give me the pizza I ordered in advance. Recently they started using apromotional box with a little more red color than the traditional one and my son began to reject the pizza (parents of autisticchildren will understand me) so I had to take the pizza out of the box and place it in a zip lock bag to giving my son hisslices of pizza without him rejecting them. Yesterday while waiting, just to make conversation, I told this to Amanda (cuteshort girl) and today when I went to pick up my pizza, she kindly received me and said "today I have the old box for you". Ireally appreciate this gesture of Amanda who with only once of telling her about my son's rejection of the promotional box wentabove and beyond and got me the traditional box. This location has gone completely down hill. We used to love getting pizza here because it was the best. The last few times it... was absolutely horrible. We have one more chance this past Saturday, and I fully regret that decision. The pizzas were not evencut through, I had to cut them myself at home. one of the pizzas was cut into 12 oddly shaped pieces, kind of looking like itwas supposed to be a prank, not cool at all. The pepperoni pizza looked like it had been sitting around for hours and was sothin and hard in the middle. We will definitely take our money elsewhere. On top of all this it's hard to even get someone topay attention to you when you walk in the door, it's like an inconvenience for them. Well all but 1 person and I'm not sure hisname. For a fast-food place, this was an okay pizza experience. The costumer service was bland. Nothing bad, but nothing good. (They... charge for ranch!) As far as the pizza, we ordered classic pepperoni with bacon. The bacon, if not careful, could hurt yourmouth because the bacon is so stiff--it didn't taste much of bacon, either. Everything else was a classic pizza-party pizzataste. One thing that did help brighten their visit was the online deals. Definitely check those out if you're interested inthis place.
