Food was incorrect. The cheeseburger had jalapeños and a spicy sauce in it. Dr. Pepper taste like orange and coke mixed. 1 of... the 3 orders was completely incorrect. Not a good experience as far as the food is concerned. Service was not the greatest. 1st time visit to this location. I do not frequent mexican fast food joints much but I was starvin again. Taco meat was cold and... in my opinion just kinda slapped together.Customer service was great. The other location on Arizona Ave seems to be a littlebetter in quality. Read more
So I went to this Del Taco and ordered a fairly large order because we will portion it out over multiple meals. I was asked to... pull ahead to wait for my order and someone would bring it out to me. Unfortunately, after paying over $30 for the meal, one bagwas missing that had 5 burritos in it along with the receipt. I finally got to where I had to be and we started in on the mealbut for the person getting the six burritos (that would covered 3 meals) he only got one. I then proceeded to try and contactthat store by phone directly and no one would pick up the phone. I tried multiple times. If I go back, will they even compensateme? I have no receipt and no one will answer the phone. I guess we're out 5 burritos. Read more
This is an extremely convenient location. The food is good and they have specials and coupons all the time. The chicken soft... tacos are just right. The customer service is hit or miss. Some are extremely helpful and courteous. Others act put out whenthey take your order. One employee is especially condescending while talking to customers.
