Me and my girlfriend went to this cold stone right next to the harkins after seeing a movie and I had a coupon that had a killer... deal but then when we went to go pay at the counter the young lady (Her name has a O or P and she was also a brunette) I can?tquite remember her name but she was extremely nice to us and politely told us that our coupon had expired just 3 weeks ago. It was very busy when my wife and I arrived. But that could be a good thing because they could be doing a great job. Or it could... just mean alot of people wanted ice cream that night. The line moved fairly quickly and before we knew it it was our turn toorder. The young woman that took our order was not very kind or respectful to say the least, while she made our ice cream on thecounter she seemed side tracked and just completely ignored how cold stone makes your ice cream, She did a very poor job onmixing the 1 topping we both selected into our ice-cream. My wife and I shrugged it off and took our ice cream home where wemixed it more ourselves until the point of what it would be like if our normal cold stone location did it them selfs. I love Cold Stone. They have a big selection of ice cream flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. I love that you can pick... your own creation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves ice cream and won't settle anything less thandelicious. Read more
The last three times I?ve been to this location the ice cream has been awful. Toppings that I didn?t ask for are in my ice cream... because they aren?t cleaning off the counter before mixing the next. Nothing tastes better than sorbet with chocolate chips. Thequality of the ice cream and toppings have gone way down. For as expensive as they are the quality does not justify the price.I?m not sure if they are under new ownership but I would definitely pass. The store itself is absolutely disgusting. Thetoppings display looks like it?s never been cleaned with dust and random toppings everywhere. Drive the extra few miles to aDairy Queen or Bahama bucks or even the gas station. This makes me sad to write because I love coldstone so much, but this location was just terrible. We went for my birthday and... the service was terrible. For starters all there are signs still up from fathers day, which displays a massive amount oflaziness since that was over a month ago. To further prove that our server actually stopped paying attention to us mid order andstarted helping someone else then forgot half our order. Then once everyone had ice cream they disappeared after sitting ontheir phones in that door way for about 10 min. We sat in the lobby unattended for about 20 min. We even had to help ourselvesto the lids. To the manager and owner of this franchise: we are trustworthy people, we did not steal anything from you. Howeverhad we wanted to we could have walked out with hundreds of dollars worth of ice cream cakes and your employees would not haveeven noticed unless we used snapchat to televise it. I would reccamend you correct this. It's only a matter of time beforesomeone takes advantage of it. Also I'm very disappointed in the experience we had at your ice cream shop. This is my favorite Cold Stone since the new ownership. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. They give... liberal free samples to taste when you're not sure how much you want to walk on the wild side. It's always clean and has awelcoming vibe. My kids and I love the little flourishes they do when they mix the ice cream. It doesn't hurt that this is thebest ice cream out there! We absolutely love that they still sing with the tip jar. If you haven't been here in awhile Istrongly recommend giving it another chance, the new ownership has really done a great job embracing everything a Cold Stoneshould be. Read more
