The Cinnabons are delicious. There was a worker that had on a t shirt that was so inappropriate. I was shocked that they let her... wear it to work. There were curse words on the young woman's t shirt. Read more

I love Cinnabon, however, their staff... Not so much. This morning was the last straw?????????????? store opens at 10a. Went... inside to make my order and the staff said they don't "really open" until 11a as they start cooking at 10a. This wasdisappointing to say the least. As a business, if you open at 10a and it takes you an hour to prepare for customers, you shouldbe there at 9a or earlier. ?????????????? Read more

I'm not really a person who likes to rant about service but I was pretty disappointed in my visit. I asked for two different... orders and my first order went completely all right but when I went to do my second order I asked for two plain cinnabons and Ihad asked befor hand. The cashier was talking to their co-worker who was working the ovens and had asked if there was any comingout of the oven and there would be in about a minute. I paid for my order and waited up right by the counter seeing them takethe newly non frosted cinnabons out and then watched as they were frosted. I waited a little bit longer to be patient because Isaw that there was a couple non frosted ones in the oven. I sat down waiting for my order just for the next batch to be frostedand I waited a little bit longer to give them some time only for that coworker to come over to me to double check my order. Shehadn't heard from the cashier that I wanted two plan cinnabons and I was compromised with two sets of the minis but that's onlyabout the size of one cinnabon. Having gotten there a little bit after 11:45 and waiting probably about 12:10 with neither ofthe people working there wondering why I'm waiting there so long along with the lack of communication between them I amextremely unsatisfied I felt scammed. Thank you to Javier for helping us pick up a box of six buns and extra cream cheese. The buns were hot and delicious right out... of the oven, still warm when we got home. 5 Stars!! Read more

I have never seen such a raw cinnamon roll in my life, this is nearly a health risk. I?m disappointed at Cinnabon

The buns are good but the employees are not. Was overcharged and when we pointed out that the price on the board was different... was basically told to kick dirt. Read more

While these little treats are mighty tasty, unfortunately the assocates attitude was not. It is $10 Tuesday and at 7pm was told... "we are out." There was no apology about the situation or resolution offered. After asking for the smaller ones that come in a 4piece she asked if I wanted to add a second one for $2. She put them in the warmer and then began to help the next person. Healso wanted a $10 box. She again told him "we are out" He asked more leading questions about how to possibly work it to get thedeal. She then stated that it was because they were out of boxes and that's why she couldn't do it. This girl isn't a bad personshe just needs training. She needs to better understand that she is a representative for her company and her actions are whatcause people to leave happy or leave feeling like someone didnt want to be at work today. Read more
