We had my son's birthday here last week. I want to start off by saying that the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful.... They honestly did great. But the overall cost for what you get is a bit disappointing. I spent over $100 on the party packagefor 5 children (that was the standard package.) I then purchased two additional medium pizzas and five drinks for the adults.Overall it came to $170. The pizza slices are basically bite size and they charged $1.79 extra per pizza just to add pepperoni.I brought our own cake and ice cream. Each child recieved 45 points on their play card. However my son did get an additional1,000 due to it being his birthday. Overall I think you get more for your money having a party at Peter Piper. Read more

The staff was super friendly and helped us when our bracelet didn't work for most of the games. A good amount of games were... down. However the thing that annoyed me the most was we had drinks and our receipt at the table (so I could fill out the surveyand get my points for the app), but we go to grab our drinks and thames cleaned up our table even though the place was empty. We lost our nearly full drinks and my receipt. We were going back to the table and sitting for a few minutes between play,. Otherwise staff was great. Read more

Had the BEST time there, place was packed with happy families and the manager & staff working overtime to make sure everyone had... a wonderful experience. Chuck animatronic fascinating for all the kids, so sweet to see. They had fun games that got us activetoo. People young & old literally dancing to music while Chuck ?sang.? It honestly felt magical. My son loves going to chuck e cheese. They have replaced coins with cards to ensure touchless operations. The tickets you win... also gets loaded on the card. I had coins and tickets from earlier visits and they replaced them without any issues. We hadcheese pizza over there which was again awesome. All in all goof place for kids to enjoy Read more

The pizza, salad & cookie cake were great. Drink machines were not well kept, and they've stopped the customer service- now have... to picknup your order at the window. Peppers, cheese, salt and pepper were not out, and the kid going around to tables lookingTo take trays before families were even finished. Not really ok when families have their first at the tables while with theirchildren playing. Made for an uneasy feeling. The prices have increased a lot. And they've transitioned into using cards whichis very sad. Taking away the coins and tickets definitely take the fun out of going. Cards also lessen the time for play makingmore expensive for less fun. Their excuse is that there's a card pause ????. The cards don't let each child to play differentgames at the same time. Causing issues such as a child being left out if the other child runs off with the card. Quite a fewgames not in good working order, of course couldn't play the ones with coins. No "Chucky mouse" came out at all, they had acontinual cartoon playing on the "stage" nothing like how it used to be. At this location There was also no climbing area forthe kids to run through. Chuck E cheese seems to be digging an early grave for closures. Sad to see an icon go downhill ???? a little fun and good food but not worth $200. Each visit. Read more

I loved this location. I loved Chuck E. Cheese. But.. this new update they did, isn?t for me.. They redid the method of tokens... to a card. All machines have a scanner for the cards.. But this whole new minute card and no tokens is a inconvenience for me asa mom with many children. It?s not worth it for me. I know they may be just keeping up with an easier way of doing things, butit?s so much more difficult. The only way of buying tokens instead of minutes is to buy a meal deal. This will be my last timehere. On top of that, I wanted to buy one of my kids a plastic toy pony from the ticket area, and they said out of pocket it is$80.00 (1 penny=1ticket) if I wanted it.. Crazy!!!!!!! Outrageously crazy!! This of course is all in my own opinion, and theymay just be keeping up with the times, but this used to the inexpensive way to let my kids have fun.. but now its just not likethat for me anymore.
