Bad location - poor customer service and not worth the money. I?ve never had a burrito this small, especially for $11 which is... about the same as a lunch special at a sit-down Mexican restaurant (including free chips!). When I mentioned it to the employee,she just shrugged her shoulders like she couldn?t do anything about it. I love Chipotle, but won?t be coming back to thislocation. Ordered online for pickup. Confirmed my order was right by my name on the bag and a burrito inside. Got home and pulled it out... of the bag, had someone else?s name on it. Definitely not the correct order inside my bag. Can only complain through an onlinechat bot. The only thing offered was a ?free meal.? Went to collect my free meal and it is in fact a BOGO meal. My son and I recently got sick from eating at this location. I noticed that the associate reluctantly served our chicken asada... from a tin behind her. Shortly after, that same tin was carried away when a fresh batch was ready and placed up front next tothe other meats. Why wasn't the meat we were given worthy of being up front? I wonder. Giving this place 2 stars because I have never had an incorrect order at any other chipotles but here. I?m pretty sure they gave... me someone else?s food since I ordered guac and just chicken in my burrito while mine had WAY too much cheese (I ordered light)and no guac. Also for some reason got chicken AND steak as my protein but I ordered JUST chicken? Never had this problem when Iorder on the Chipotle app but this location definitely gave me either the wrong order did not look at my order. Lastly, thequeso had steak in it? Never had that so I don?t know if Chipotle added that or another misstep. Read more

I ordered a burrito. With rice,beef,pinto,salsa,lettuce... She rolled it in a hurry or just how she felt that was how to prepare... the burrito. But when I got to my place of eating. I opened and it wasn't like a burrito. More like an open faced burrito. Inever had this happen. But I enjoy the taste and I was hungry. I manage to hold all the goodness together and satisfy my hunger.But some food fell. And yes I was in my vehicle. I was waiting for my high school kiddo. And I work graveyard and this was myfirst meal. I was just not happy it wasn't held together like a burrito. Car wash tomorrow to vacuum the food that all fellout.. Read more
