Ordered on the app & picked up my order through drive thru. Order was correct, no complains there. But the girl who handed me my... food literally just sticked out her arm to hand me the bag & drink. 1 star is too many stars? I stood for 10 mins for a pickup order never being acknowledged. Walked passed and skipped over. I... really don?t even have to say my race. A young man came in after me standing in the same spot for 10mins waiting for my orderand he immediately gets acknowledged and asked how can he be helped. I can?t help but to think wow did I get completely ignoredbecause I was black? Absolutely ridiculous? and if that wasn?t the case I need a explanation why I was skipped over? poorcustomer service at a place that should be known for perfect customer service. I have no idea but this constantly happens and ofcourse the manager has no clue why it happens either. Read more
