I usually eat Charley's subs about once a month or so (maybe a little less) and today was probably the best customer service... I've ever had. Food was delicious, service was quick, and location was clean. Read more
First time trying this place. They had no ice or cheese sauce. Also only two workers who were very unprofessional I believe it... was the lack of training. As for the sub it was horrible tasting. Never will go there again. Read more
This is the second time I have eaten here. The first was mediocre, and then this one put it over the top. The person at the... register kept trying to upcharge without me noticing, and then afterwards there was no ice in the machine and to contact thefront counter. The same lady was like" no we don't have no ice" and then 45 seconds later someone else went up to a differentworker and they gladly provided them ice. Then my CHEESEsteak didn't have ANY cheese on it. After I pointed it out I literallyswirled my finger around in my food because they wanted to debate if there was cheese on it.
