Food was not too good...one sandwich was good but can't remember the name of it...

Terrible. No meat on the bun. The beef had an old taste to it. They couldn't get there soda machine to work. Very hard to... eat with nothing to wash that terrible taste out. Read more

Food isn't bad, bit overpriced but I like it so willing to pay. Just know they don't allow refills here because they "can't... handle your cup after you've had it". No offer to get a new cup, so you have to either just stick with the one drink, buyanother, or plan ahead and get a larger drink. Would be nice if they had a sign that said "no free refills". For a fast food place, their cheese steak and fries are great together. Although, a little more meat and a little less sauce... would be okay with me. Little bit of a language barrier when ordering. Recommended. Read more

Very satisfying food even with the smallest size. Not busy. Friendly food preparer; so so for the cashier.

The options to have a bite to eat were limited at the Premium Outlet. I am sure happy that we decided on Charleys Cheesesteaks!... I ordered a specialty cheese steak called the Fiesta Cheesesteak, along with a new item called Fiesta Cheese Fries. Good thing Iwas hungry, because I ate it all!! Friendly people, sky high prices. Ordered the classic philly, and it didn't even have enough meat to fill the bun. Got the... "ultimate fries". What a joke, $4 for some bacon bits and a little cheese whiz. Tiny little portion $30 for 2 meals and we bothwalked away hungry. Won't be back Read more
