Really enjoyed my potato soup as they added fried chips to the top that made every spoonful crunchy. It was delicious. I had a... half order which was filling as I wasn't super hungry. They added in a bread roll and chocolate dipped strawberry to round outmy meal. The dining room was lively and semi full although I noticed tables turning over very quickly. They were very quick tobus the plates and clean tables for more customers to sit. Parking was busy in the shared lot out front as it was lunchtime. This place is extremely filthy I got a stomach flu from eating here lost 3 days of work and was very sick. This place does not... wear mask to prepare food or wipe down tables after customers leave the table no soap in mens wash room with tells me theemployees don?t wash there hands , the floor s and surrounding s were dirty the better food and safety need to be aware of thisplace it?s so sad considering all the world is having to deal with these days I will fill out out a report go else where Read more
Pretty disappointed. I paid 12 bucks for the try 2 combo. The sándwich was good but just about the smallest thing ever. The... salad was alright. Ordered the chipotle chicken salad and it was a bit too sweet for me. Their soup is good or in the past ithas been. I dont really feel like going back. Read more
This restaurant/location is nice. They were a bit slow even though they seemed to have plenty of employees working. The food was... really good tho. The patio was nice; I was able to eat outside with my dog. The inside is clean and inviting. Read more
This place is a real find. The food is amazing with lots of options. Don?t be put off when you see it?s a soup, sandwich, salad... cafe. It is so much more. The quality is superb. The prices are fair. The chicken pesto sandwich is delicious and the clamchowder is a perfect accompaniment. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is super clean. The patio is a nice plus. I have been going to Zupas locations for years now and the salads, soups, and sandwiches are great. However, online orders are... constantly on the shelf late. I have had salad dressing missing from orders multiple times. You also can't order in personwithout telling employees which salad is yours at least 3-5 times (use a sticker to track it, problem solved). There are justmultiple organization problems that tell me there are failures at the upper management level to establish an efficient andconsistent preparation process. Its a company-wide problem and it has turned my visit into a 2-star multiple times. Read more
I've been a fan of Zupa's in Mesa but this location was a total fail. I ordered my food for curbside pickup at 8:45. I... arrived at 8:36 and clicked the link to let them know I was waiting. At 8:47 I telephoned and asked if they knew I was waiting.They said they would be right out. I didn't get my food brought out until 8:52. The label on the food showed it was preparedat 8:32. Needless to say the soup was cold and the sandwich cold and soggy. Additionally we paid for edamame added to a saladwhich it didn't get. And most disappointing is they did not include the desert ordered. There were very few people in the cafeso it wasn't because they were overly busy. They just miserably dropped the ball--in multiple areas. If you venture to take outat this location you may have to pester them for your order and you will definitely need to check it! Read more
Okay the first time it was ok but this is the 5 /6 time they have forgotten to put PASTA in the tomato basil PASTA soup. Please... do quality control checks. This is ridiculous.
