Came in 2 hours before they closed and they had everything closed up like everyone was going home early. All their food behind... the counter looked like it had sat for days. My girlfriend ordered a salad and he made her 2 tacos. I ordered a quesadilla andhad to get it on 2 small tortillas because they were out of the burrito size. Showed up with my bf at 8pm and they were out of chicken and big tortillas(among other things)They ended up overcharging us... despite us making due with the fact they were out of a few things. We felt unwelcome and treated unfairly, i asked for one thingand i ended up with a completely different order. We ended up throwing out the food because it was messy and greasy. food is really tasty! simple, but great flavor. i was really grossed out watching the staff process online orders while waiting... for mine. the staff did not wash their hands in between cleaning the store and touching peoples orders. they also wiped theirnoses and touched their phones without washing hands. i was pretty grossed out and i really hope i don?t get sick! the storefelt kind of grubby overall and i was disappointed. my burrito was falling apart and for 5.99 i should have gotten more guacwith my chips. really great food, but my experience wasn?t awesome and i felt like i was risking my health a little bit to eatmy food after watching the employees. i don?t care about mask wearing or anything like that just PLEASE practice basic foodsafety! highly recommend making employees brush up on the info from their food handlers card. It?s fine and satisfying. Other things are better than others (I liked the rice, beans and tortilla a lot, though the chicken... and guacamole were a bit underwhelming). I paid $14.50 for a chicken burrito bowl with guacamole and chips, so the price isbasically the same as a sit down restaurant, although made more quickly. More misses than hits lately. Last order a few weeks back, missing chips and queso. Today?s pickup order.... Pico on the side... is more of double pico on the dish. Missing a side of dressing. One entree had a single fork full of dressing (in aburrito!) Chips are stale, queso has a burnt flavor. This location has had its hits and misses, but, they are a solid missthese days. I was initially skeptical about visiting this place, mainly because of some low ratings that they have received in review... forums. However, after being persuaded by a co-worker, I decided to give it a shot - and I am so glad I did. I absolutely lovedtheir food, especially the quesadillas and burritos. I have been told that their enchiladas are great as well, and I would liketo find this out sooner than later! Their home-made (or store-made in this case) tortillas are fresh and make a great differencein my opinion, and their red and green chili sauces are extremely tasty too. Very poor customer service. I stopped in a little after 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no one in line. I took a quick... look at the menu then waited for someone to take my order. There were at least 8 employees visible in the store. There were atleast 3 behind the counter. No one asked to take my order. I waited there for at least 5 minutes. Still nothing. Not even"someone will be with you shortly". Needless to say, I left and went to another location. Read more
