I?m gonna give 5 stars only because of a manager named Stephen and Chris ? When Stephen works the lines always disappear because... he works that restaurant like nobody?s business and they never run out of fries or food, but he?s also very personable and seemsto care about his customers unlike some of the others. Chris is also a very pleasant worker there that actually cares about thecustomer and both of these two always get your order right. But I?m gonna say one thing- everyone isn?t personable and that?scool, but if you?re not a people person you probably shouldn?t be working in an environment whereas your job consists of youdealing w people all day ? I is won?t mention any names of those that fall into the latter category but as for Stephen and Chris- Salute !!! Read more
Unfortunately will not be going here again. The last 2 times I have gone to this particular location I ordered the Impossible... whopper and small fry. I hadn't even finished eating yet I got food poisoning both times within 6 hours of eating. Please doyourself a favor, do not eat here. My partner just today also ate a burger and complained about stomach issues. He didexperience lesser symptoms than I had but still complained of feeling unwell. I don't know if its just this location and Ihappened to get unlucky both times or Burger King as a whole has slipped in quality. I rarely ever get sick off eating, too. Read more
The MOD, Dawn, was extremely rude and appears to have ZERO customer service skills. I asked what is on the Southwest Bacon... Whopper Jr and she mumbled something and rang it up without me even saying if I wanted it. My daughter ordered a milkshake b4 weleft. When she asked if she could have a medium, Dawn rudely says, they're only 1 size! Then finally makes it, even though therewas only 1 other customer at that time, and literally slams it on the counter infront of her and walks off. She was consistentlyrude to all the customers we heard her speak to while we were eating. If she hates her job so much, why not find a new one? I ama Restaurant General Manager and I can assure you I've never spoken to even ONE guest in that tone, let alone just all aroundbeing a b*^'+ to them all. A Burger King is a Burger King, right? Not at all. This location is head and shoulders above the rest, easily the best in... Arizona. It is clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The menu is varied. The prices are great and with the frequentcoupons, they are amazing. The chicken sandwich is a delicious classic. Even the bun tastes like it?s fresh from a bakery. Thefries are hot and crispy all the way home. The jalapeño cheddar poppers are insanely good. This location will be a regularstop. Read more
At this location, whenever I order a chicken sandwich, I have to pull-over, out of the drive-thru line and wait for my food. I... really like the coupons that come in the mail.
