Not a great experience! The store wasn?t busy, and there seemed to be enough staff, but it still took 20 minutes to receive our... to-go order. To make matters worse, the order was wrong! They did fix the mistake, but this location is not worth visitingagain. Read more

I ordered 2 bacon Cheeseburgers and I get 4 one inch pieces of bacon, wow. Ridiculous! I feel like I got ripped off paying over... $5 for these two. Read more

They have good special like the 2 for 12 where u get two combo meals and are able to pick the type of sandwich. One negative... thing is that there was a rude, white, female employee who took my order one weekend about a month ago who hasn't been theresince then so maybe was fired for poor customer service. Went to the drive-thru after several minutes of waiting with nobody responding I pulled up to the window only to be ignored... there for almost 10 minutes. I can understand that they are understaffed but a little note to the owner this company quitlooking at your bottom line start paying people it's your bottom line is disappearing as we pull out the drive-thru and gosomewhere else. Went tonight, 08/03/2022, at about 7:50 pm to order dinner for my family. Pulled into the drive through as the dining room is... closed. Waited about 20 or 30 seconds for anyone to respond over the intercom system. The employee said "Hi. What do you want?"I was surprised at the greeting and took a couple of seconds and the employee suddenly says "Helllooooooo" before I couldrespond. I said " I'm here. Sorry I didn't respond immediately." I waited for about 10 seconds for her to say anything andfinally read off the first order and she entered it. She then rudely said," See you at the window" to which I replied, "I'm notdone ordering yet." The next thing she said very rudely, "What else do you want?" I started to order my food and thensaid,"Nevermind, I am going to go somewhere else," because I felt like they would spit on my food. As I was driving away, theemployee responded,"Whatever." I will never return, and judging from the other reviews here, alot of others won't either. If theemployees expect $15.00 per hour, then the employers and customers have every right to expect better service. Unfortunately,poor customer service for mediocre food, at best, is what gets places closed down. I have informed Burger King corporate aswell. Read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have come to this location 3 times now and every single time I?ve come no... matter who is taking the orders and who is ringing you up and actually giving you your food they are extremely rude andunprofessional. When I come through the drive through they are always trying to rush you to order. You will order multiple mealsand multiple orders of fries and they will only give you two sauces and then charge you for anything after. They refused to giveme my receipt to call in corporate to report them. Literally every person here is extremely rude, you come another day and it?san entire different staff and each of them are rude as well. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location andmanagement either needs to retrain each of these workers or hire a complete new team. Read more

Finally made it on my break from work for breakfast. Get back to work and the bread looks like it was cooked yesterday and left... out. Dosent even look safe to eat. Thanks. Now I wasted my break, still don't have food and spent my money. Supposed to besausage egg and cheese biscuit. Read more
