Whoppers are just regular size burgers now. Same for the BK Fish sandwich. They should rename them and reduce the cost to... reflect the size reduction. But that's all locations. Last time here I waited several minutes and wasn't served with only 1other customer in the restaurant before I had to leave. Guess they were short staffed. Ratings solely based on last visit. I went for a quick stop it was really close to closing. My order was messed up just a little. This is the best Burger King I?ve... been to. Manager came out to us before we noticed our order. Fixed it for us quickly and was so respectful. He went above andbeyond. Read more
Is it really that hard to get a single order right? I asked for the 2 for $12, original chicken and a hamburger. Why did I get... two burgers? Seriously. Not difficult. And it isn't like I could go back and ask, the staff was so unpleasant and rude. I swear,every time I go to this location, there's always some type of an issue. Can't simply get it together here. bazaar experience. Pulled up to order. Asked for a moment. Then when I told her I was about ready she asked me to come to the... window. Me thinking there stuff is done or something go to the window. Where she asks me what I want to order. I was confusedand said I have no idea u told me to pull up before I knew my whole order. She told me she couldn't hear me. I asked her whyshe didn't just ask me to turn my engine off in that case or tell me she couldnt hear me, like any other human would have andshe ignored me. I asked for a menu then so I could order and her and her manager spoke to each other in Spanish and startedlaughing at me and my kids. Told me they would not give me a menu and that I could go around. Wait again. Decide what I wantedand then come back and tell them!???? What in the world. Who would do that. I always love a good burger king Whopper and this one was no different. Locations are generally hit or miss in terms of wait... time, getting the order correct, etc. But I've had good luck with this location and I come here often. They were quick gettingme my food and my order was correct. I was sad to see the buy one get one deal go away but their new 2 for 5 entree and 2 for 10meal mix n match is good value. Read more
$7 for 'just' a whopper sandwich, when they were recently 2 for $6? Also, they are continually terrible with the lettuce,... tomatoes & onions. If I go there again, I'll go in, open it at the order desk and say 'Try again', until it looks like whatyou're advertising. Read more
