Went in this morning, Wednesday, about 8 am and ordered a dozen donuts. They all tasted like they were a day old. I understand... it?s wasteful to throw away unused food, but perhaps they could find a way to donate them and provide same-day fresh donuts topaying customers. Boss was clean, fast, had a good selection and their donuts are just plain good. I have been lucky enough to have their donuts... several times and I used them today to give donuts to several teams I work with. I don't think you will be disappointed going toBoss. Read more
I ordered 3 dozen regular glazed donuts and asked the guy if he could separate one dozen into two boxes, 6 and 6. It's my son's... birthday and he wants to take donuts to school... he needs 30. Guy has no problem boxing the donuts but rings it up as 2 dozenand 2 half dozen. I ask why would he do it like that and he says, "it's the rules." He didn't say anything when I ordered...that an extra box was $2. The sign says nothing about a "box" of a dozen. A dozen plain glazed donuts is already $14.99 thesedays. I asked him to pass my feedback on to management and he scoffed at me. The stupid rule and not telling me when I orderedthat I would be charged extra is one thing. I love Bosa donuts and I rarely write poor reviews because I know how much businesses rely on them. That being said, this... incident occurred a few months ago but still makes me feel awful when I think about what happened. I actually drive to a furtherlocation to avoid the staff here. I went to this location and had a coupon with me. After ordering donuts I asked to use thecoupon which upset the employee there. Maybe they were having a bad day. There was confusion with how to apply the coupon and hestarted to angrily get me the donut and speak to me harshly. I asked him what the problem was and he started yelling about thecoupon and people were staring at us. I have never been treated so rudily in a donut shop! I told him that he needed to relaxand walked out of the shop. The donuts are great but I would consider a different location. Read more
Usually only eat Bosa Donuts when someone else picks them up and brings them home. This time though I decided to go in, I had my... 6 kids with me and they had seating to fit a larger group. Great place, Lots of options on the menu, outdoor seating. Plenty ofdrinks to choose from. Highly recommend going here and I will definitely be returning. Read more
I love Bosa Donuts. I was sad to see that this location did not have a drive through. You need to park and then walk in There... is still a good selection of extra big donuts to chooe from and those boba shakes are worth the extra walk. I saw a sign thatpuzzled me and I had to ask for the eplaination. Apparently they sell their used buckets to the public. So if you need abucket. This is a good place to come for one. You can buy a lid to match the bucket too. The seating here looks very classy indark leather looking booths. I love the extra LARGE community board. This business loves supporting their community neighbors. When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating available. Read more
