A solid four and a half stars. Good food, nice portions, decent service and decent atmosphere.
I had biscuits and gravy. It was served hot and promptly. The gravy tasted like it was made from a mix and the biscuits taste... and texture tasted like premade frozen and then reheated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff is what prompted the 3 stars, if ratings based on food alone, it would be a 2 stars. Read more
Pick up order. We tried calling multiple times and was forwarded to a voicemail. We went to website and had to create a account... to even place an order. Website said 30-40 minutes. Waited the 40 minutes to arrive and find out that they didn?t even startit. They explained that their machine didn?t inform them that they got a order so they hadn?t accepted it. They said theycould deny it or accept it. I have a whole family waiting on this food and I already paid. They offered a free drink andcinnamon roll. The manager never once came to apologize or offer anything. In fact he avoided me. Not good enough! I also endedup waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I don?t consider that on the fly. I was there with a couple friends for breakfast this morning. Waitress was nice and attentive. The food looked good but it was... cold because it had waited way too long before it was brought to us. We ate it cold because we needed to go and it had beenaround 35-45 mins to get our food and we were out of time. We felt that maybe they were short-handed today and it was hard forthe waitress to cover so many duties. I like that she didn't appear stressed and was very friendly. I loved our first experience eating brunch here! It had a small town feel and great food. Prices were not too bad and the... service and waitress we had was named Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing! She made us feel at home and chatted with us andhelped us out! I definitely will be back. I ordered their gluten free French toast which was recommended on one of theirprevious reviews. It was so good. Not soggy and very fresh. Eggs and bacon were perfect as well. My husband ended up getting ahuge burger with fresh Angus beef! Which was very filling and very good as well.
