I'm a lover of all things breakfast, so when I drove by this place on Friday night, i KNEW where I was going for breakfast on... Saturday morning. Customer Service was great from the time we requested a table until the time we left. Prices are fair andthe atmosphere was what you'd expect. I had the Chicken Fried Steak with Scrambled Eggs and Hashbrowns. The eggs were prettygood. The Hashbrowns... meh. But the Chicken Fried Steak was severely over cooked. The sausage gravy was well prepared andkinda helped the steak. But I had to be eat it in small bites as to not get a full jaw muscle workout at breakfast. But worstof all was the silverware. You may not be able to see in the photo, but the fork, spoon and knives were coated in what I canonly hope was dried dishwasher soap. The pictures were taken after I spent 5 minutes trying to scrub them clean with my napkinand water. This should be a simple fix Bisbee Breakfast Club, but it CAN'T be safe. So I'll start by saying the servers and hostess were very nice, and the home fries were great. However the scrambled eggs were... so undercooked I couldn't do it had to ask for new eggs, no big deal. Then the pancake I ordered never came so I had to ask forone to go, also no big deal. But the real reason for the one star is I get home and start to eat this pancake only to find thatthere is literal trash cooked inside it. So much potential. Good atmosphere. Good menu. Great selection of dishes. They even gave coloring pages and crayons to the kids.... Each dish came out and looked amazing, however with almost every taste, we were left wanting in flavor. Everything was cookedwell and the texture of the food and presentation was also good, but the dishes lacked seasonings to flavor it. The frenchtoast had cinnamon in the batter, but the bread didn't have any flavor?! I could see the cinnamon in the bread, but you can'treally taste it. The same story with the blueberry granola pancakes. There was blueberry and granola added to the batter to makethe pancakes, but it was like no other spices were used to give it flavor. The syrup didn't save it. We ordered chicken andwaffles. The chicken was battered and fried and the chicken was moist-again no seasoning. It was very sad. The waffles werenice and crispy though. We ordered the crazy burro and the chicken tender platter as well with the same story. Goodingredients, but they need seasoning. The corned beef hash was the one dish that had good flavor! The texture was like it hadbeen ground, but it had FLAVOR!!! We were given ranch, bbq sauce, and honey mustard sauce as sides. I ended up dipping myFrench toast in the honey mustard sauce for flavor. I have to say the honey mustard sauce was amazing. Lastly, the strawberrylemonade- it will make your mouth pucker and it was delicious! The staff was spot on. Their greeting was warm as though they were welcoming you into their home. The service was attentive and... friendly. The food was out of this world. This place have some Starbucks quality coffee. Good stuff I normally get the chicken fried steak and eggs but decided on the... California omelet it was good but they do put avocado in it . I'm not to fond of hot avocado lol next time I'll have them put iton the side. It was good besides that. Good quality eggs biscuits and gravy are on point! This is a perfect place for breakfast. It?s a great location with a dog friendly patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. You... can?t go wrong with any of the menu items. The pancakes are huge and tasty. The omelettes are delicious. The chicken and wafflesare some of the best around, especially with the bourbon maple syrup! The hash browns are crispy and golden brown.
