This place went from good to bad in a hurry. Been coming here for a few years now and im sad to say i wont be returning anymore.... 30 minutes wait turned into an hour. Pizza is poorly prepared. Both consistent with our last few visits, long wait time andpoorly prepared. Was few a lie at the counter about how they attempted to call us over a substitution but had zero missed calls.Worst of all is the customer service. Zero attention to the people waiting for food. Only concerned with new people while foodsits on the counter. Also can over hear everything they say from the waiting area when they talk bad about the customers.Manager is no where in sight. People coming from the back dont look like they have any urgency to get people their food.Extremely unprofessional all around. After returning home and seeing the food, it has little bits of other stuff that peopleprobably ordered meaning they arnt cleaning their prep stations. Part of the pizza is without any cheese and the garlic weordered is in clumps making garlic land mines for us to find. People like myself have food allergies and this is a huge no no. Iwill most likely be in touch with the health board because it feels like this establishment is poorly run and has an untrainedstaff. Read more
I went from waiting 20 minutes for pizza from this location to never waiting less than an hour. Both of the ladies who generally... work the front, have progressively gotten more and more aggressive with customers too. Blatantly complaining about othercustomers in the front lobby, and flat out ignoring people. Unprofessional, and I will no longer be returning to this location.Disappointing. Took delivery of 4 pizzas at a birthday party of my granddaughter. The taste was very good and the good amount of vegetables -... onion, tomatoes capsicum, olives, along with cheese made it quite delicious. Loved it hot. Read more
It?s a joke! I ordered two pizzas online for dinner and It was almost 5 pm. I got an email regarding my order that showed I will... get my order the next day at 10:30 am., I called and the the lady on the phone said there is No delivery after 5 pm. I told herthat nothing on the website showed that then she said ok you will get it but it will take an hour and a half!! I didn?t receiveit and its passed already been an hour and a half I called them again and they told me No delivery!! I either come to pick it upor wait another 45 minutes!!! I recently moved to Chandler and have ordered from this Barro's Pizza several times now. This is one of the worst locations I... have ordered from. Every time the pizza seemed slightly undercooked and the toppings were all shifted to one side. The last timeI ordered, the wings were dry. Recommended any other Barro's location Read more
We love Barro's pizza but our 2pm visit on April 24th 2022 left us very disappointed. There was not a clean empty table in the... place. We had to ask for a wet towel to bus and clean our own table. We ordered a medium pizza and 24 wings. Sadly the pizzawas overcooked and the wings were dry. When we were almost finished an employee came out with a big trash can and startedbusing right next to us. I can't imagine anyone who would think that appropriate. Is it store policy to bus with a big dirty,stinky full size garbage can in the main dining area? Once again we LOVE BARROS PIZZA but this store has really gone downhillbecause of the employees that work there. Very sad I have not received any response. Read more
The staff here really are great. You can appreciate the customer service and how they really want to make you feel welcomed.... Pizza is pretty good overall our last time here the sauce was a little sparse. Crust is thicker than I prefer and a bit too drybut that might be because the sauce was too little. Also one side was cooked browner than the other. Let?s say this go aroundinconsistent to how I?ve had them in the past. Ingredients though tasted fresh and I?d recommend their namesake special.Mozzarella stick were typical tasted frozen and deep fried ok but not outstanding also the garden salad is typical. The ranchdressing they use is very good btw. I couldn?t find tea to drink but they had horchata? Odd. It?s a good all around location. Read more
I visited there on Saturday night, and there was only one more table. Our food was definitely good, but the service and the... server were not very friendly.
