Had some previous issues from so many other locations! Came to this location thinking maybe they would be more receptive to... our special needs but same issues! Lots of young kids not Paying attention and will take not take accountability! But managerheld those responsible and honored a new order when we made it back plus made our in i house order right! Second time we ordered here. Went to pick up (exactly at the pick up time) and good thing I told my husband what the order was... because they only had the two pizzas ready. He asked about the two orders of wings and they said ?oh hang on? and clearly missedit so put the order in. Wish they had told us and we had the chance to cancel it because by the time he got home the pizza wascold and (yuck). Delivery took forever. Tipped when ordering. Would not recommend. Took forever. When I called they said they didn?t have a the... gate code, and they delivered another order. I gave them the gate code upon ordering! Read more
Stopped by for a late lunch. Apparently the lunch combos end at 3:00. If you order a combo with a salad(at 3:02) they tell you... no, they have to throw all the salads away and can't serve them. A bit disappointed but the pizza was still good. Read more
We go to Barro's a lot as we live around the corner. Our pizza, salad and wings have always been delicious! A couple of days... ago we had dinner there and I noticed a new employee, Autumn, who really stood out! She greeted us so cheerfully, she'sfriendly, caring, has a wonderful smile and works hard. She assisted two elderly couples with their needs while checking on usseveral times. Shortly after that we saw her wiping down tables, cleaning the glass doors and tidying the whole place. Awesome! They put me on hold twice before they took my order and the place was dead when I went in there. The chicken wings were cold and... I was there early. The pizza is really lacking the toppings that supposed to be on there. Their to go menu and their online menudoes not match what they are charging me as I put the receipt and the menu picture on this review. I love this pizza. I also love the people/manager here (Dallas) I had a small mishap with an order and she was so sweet and... helpful. I will always ask for her in the future..
