Baja Fresh was fantastic! It's been a long time coming, but worth the wait! I went in for take-out. The food is cooked to order... so it tasted very good. I chose a taco platter with one fish and one shrimp taco. The shrimps were a good size and they provideda generous proportion of them on my taco. Very good! My fish taco also had a good sized hunk of fish on it. My husband got aseasonal offering - the enchilada platter. I added a chicken taco soup as an appetizer. I'm not sure if that was also a seasonaloffering, but it had a decent amount of chicken in the soup and came with little nacho strips to top it with. It was verytasty. Oh, and the piece de resistance at Baja Fresh - the salsa bar!!! My husband loved the mango salsa and I thoroughlyenjoyed the salsa Verde. It was a fresh salsa - which gives it a vibrant green color. Love this place....it's my new favorite Mexican food place :) Sorry Los Favoritos.....but you have to take a second place to... Baja Fresh. Love the taste....the Baja Chicken burrito was tasty....the pager is a smart idea..... especially for those of usthat prefer to be outside with the beautiful weather. Thank you for having outdoor seating with umbrellas..... it's too badthat the southerly winter sun means the upright umbrellas offer little shade at the table. So my solution is to bring my own 3foot umbrella ;) Keep up the good work guys. I'm going there tomorrow with a friend. Oh ya....a nice touch with thecomplementary chips. The salsa bar is top notch.
