I hate coming to this location. The employees lack enthusiasm and apparently don?t ever know what ?lots and lots and lots? means... (pictured below). This one is pretty hit or miss in terms of quality and customer service. Sometimes it?s great, but 50% of the time - it... isn?t. The one in Tempe is a 5/5 and I?d recommend that location over this one. If you happen to find yourself in Chandlerwith time to kill (order fulfillment can take a minute) and a hankering for some shaved ice, this hits the mark: though justbarely. Read more
After another store apparently couldn't make my 2 party packs for my daughter's 1st birthday, and I was told when I went to pick... them up, this store really came through for me. They had the party packs made by the time I got there and we're very friendlyand helpful. Everyone at the party enjoyed the snow cones and I can't think the girl at the counter enough. I have a bad memorybut I believe her name was Caitlyn. Thank you so much for coming through when the other store failed so horribly. Read more
Who doesn't love shaved ice? And who doesn't love a good deal. Bahama Buck's pretty much always has done kind of promotional... deals. They have so many flavors that you can mix and match, and sizes that are perfect for any adults and kids. The littleumbrellas and color changing spoons add a fun aesthetic. We are so disappointed on this location! My husband wanted Bahama bucks for fathers day and we drove out of our way to make it... before closing, arrived 10 minutes before and were denied service because they were already cleaning and they were rude about itand even laughed. So rude and unacceptable. If you don't want customer walking in close your door when you are done givingservice. Zero customer service from the 3 girls there, Never coming back! Read more
We were always told to check this place out for sno cones etc. We did last night and it was such a cute decorated place! It also... had everything you can imagine to make a snow cone with! Kind of over whelming but we ordered the Nerds flavored one and it waspretty good. It helps that they have signature drinks online to look at before you go. Other wise your squinting at a VERY SMALLmenu to read with over 100s of flavors to pick from. I like how it was decorated all beach style inside and the prices weren'ttoo overly priced like everything else is now a days. I suggest you order a baby size because even the small is HUGE. This was the most frustrating experience at a Bahama Bucks. The staff is so unwelcoming and rude. You can tell they don't care... for the business. Expect for this one girl, didn't get her name but she had red hair. She was so nice and could tell she wastrying her best but was so overwhelmed. They are all pretty young, which not saying that they couldn't do it but I feel theythey had completely no structure. There was one girl doing all the work, and everyone else was just running around looking likechickens without their heads. They kept messing up orders. They also don't fulfill orders as they come in. They hop around fromticket to ticket. I had 2 of my cones, and didn't get the rest until 10 minutes later when my first 2 were already melting. Madeno sense. Definitely need some better management, some structure, and some training in customer service. Only reason I'm giving2 starts, is because of the one girl that was trying her best and super nice. The Frozen Cocoa is amazing. The staff is very friendly. The app makes it very easy to order and pay ahead of time
