We dined for the first time at this restaurant after it opened in my neighborhood. The indoor sitting area is huge, almost... double of most chipotle. The restaurant was very clean, including rest areas. They have many good options for vegetarians, theirboiled (not fried) beans are suitable for vegetarians, they do tell you upfront about their beans which is really good andhonest. The food was good, the potato item was new for us, liked it. This restaurant is a new addition to restaurants Ifrequently go-to, and it can be for all vegetarian people. Read more
I came here with a large group of people, and all of us were able to be seated together outside. We got our food pretty quickly... and it all tasted pretty good. The tacos could have had some more flavor, and some of them were dry. Overall though, this is agood place to get some tacos, especially on taco Tuesday! Read more
At last, $2.90 (ea) for street tacos that tasted like 5¢ tacos. Very dry, bland carne asada meat. One of my tacos actually had... a huge chunk of fat in it. Nice place, the hot sauce was good. I always say, "it's really hard to mess up pizza, hamburgers,fried rice and tacos" and if your restaurant has said food in it's name then it better be exceptional. Love Backyard Taco and my dogs as well. Carne asada meat is so good and delicious. Has a good taste. Love this location because... meat is not greasy, it is clean and employees always give a 5 Star service. They are friendly and service is fast and efficient.Got to mention, they are dog friendly and always get my order right :) You won?t be disappointed at this location that is forsure. The Barria meat is really good. On Tuesdays the tacos are just $3 bucks, so that's a good deal. I'm a little disappointed in... the presentation of the food. It is like cheap fast food wrappings you expect at Taco Bell. Not that I would ever say anythingbad about Taco Bell and their delicious Baja Blast Mountain Dew, but a taco is $.89 cents so you expect frugal dinnerware. So Iplaced foil sheets around the table to try to eat my burrito and not wear it. I was speechless to find they do not serve rice. Pretty sure I remember rice when they served in peoples backyards in Mesa years ago. It is good food, so maybe take out isbetter and eat at home with plates and silverware. Read more
