White girl with dirty blonde hair who was the cashier wasn't the nicest gave me burnt pretzels and my drink was 1/8 soda and the... rest was ice, had an attitude like she didn?t want to be there, not my problem. Had to place a last minute catering order at this location due to another not being able to fulfill it. This staff is incredible... and had the order on time ready to go with such a short notice. They were so kind, patient, and helpful through the wholeprocess. Couldn?t recommend their service more! Read more
Portions are smaller than Wezels pretzels, asked for salted pretzels and they were not salted. Young lady working the counter... not rude but not happy to be working either. Read more
On my way out from the mall I decided to get a large cup of pretzels. Asked for a fork, they didn't have. Ask for hand sanitizer... the didn't have any. Come on guys COVID still around I can't it this with my hands dirty after been at the mall. Ok took themhome. The pretzels tasted as if they were cooked with the grease from the mini dog franks. I don't like that taste and I wasexpecting the plain dough with salt. Someone should clean the plank. Read more

Pretzel was excellent! I had the cinnamon pretzel, and it was a pleasant experience. Long lines but worth the wait. Staff was... very friendly and courteous. Located inside the lower level of ther mall. Read more
Great pretzel nuggets/bites, lady was efficient and great at add-on sales cause I ended up with cheese :)
