The staff was great, store was nice and clean and the food was just what we ordered. So much better than the burger joints.
Up untill today I had high standards for this place this is unbelievable! The manager lady actually charged me for a hash brown... on a ham and egg sandwich but I didn't want the ham I can't eat ham! We were actually at the gas station for coffee and a restroom on the way back to Tucson. I have eaten at this Arby's and it's... ok. I'm not a big fan of the beef sandwiches but the chicken is ok. The potato cake hasbrown things are good. Read more
Food was good and typical Arby's quality. The staff however either seemed new, in need of training or simply did not have their... heads in the game. As virtually every order before me and mine they made significant mistakes in the items ordered and thequantities. Which in turn caused an extensive wait for what should have been a simple order. I have eaten at this Arby?s 3 times in the past 4 days. All 3 times I was very disappointed that every single time the order was... wrong, missing items or just made to pinch pennies. The last straw was my craving for a jamocha shake. Apparently the Jamochasyrup is so valuable that they didn?t even put enough in to change the color nor the taste of the shake. So, I did enjoy myVANILLA shake and will not spend another dime in this establishment, and I advise you to do the same. Read more
I was able to order the roast beef without the bun, as I am gluten intolerant. I got a wonderful amount of hot roast beef and... Horsey sauce to enjoy, it was so good to eat, and this has been one of the very few places that I have been able to get fastfood at that meets my dietary requirements. I am very grateful that I am able to get food on the run again. It has beenmiserable trying to find food that I could eat that wouldn't make me ill. Very strict diet.
