I used to work at an Arby's so I know the "norms" and was pretty disappointed with the roast beef. It was cut too thick and my... sandwich was very sloppily put together this evening. I'm super disappointed that they stopped carrying potato cakes as well.That was my favorite item on the menu. (Dipped in cheese sauce) It might be enough for me to stop eating at Arby's. Service was excellent, and the food was super fresh. It's obvious at this location that the employees LOVE their jobs. So... refreshing to see in today?s job climate. There were three of us, and each of us rang the bell as we left... THAT'S how greatthe service was. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming. Now about the food. Their crinkle cut fries are the best...freshly made to order, crispy and golden on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Two of us tried the new Philly CheeseSteak sandwiches, which were packed full of beef and peppers, and the hoagie roll roll it was on was delicious. My onlycomplaint is the recipe. I personally didn't care for the flavor of their Provolone cheese, and their peppers are yellow andred. It would have tasted much better to MY taste buds if they used Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, and GREEN bellpeppers... in MY humble opinion. So I understand most people may prefer their combination of ingredients. I will try it again,if they can make it with my preferential ingredients, but that might not be doable. My sister got the Classic Roast Beefsandwich and said it was delicious. My only other complaint is they took RC Cola off the menu... which is why I only gave 4stars. The manager is absolutely wonderful she has an amazing aura and has the sweetest spirit she better get paid very well you should... have her train new hires on customer service you wouldn't have very many complaints. Make sure you give her the full amount shetells you, a new and only position and a title. Read more
This place is usually good but have to lower my rating after my latest experience. Friday night with a lot of traffic and a... very, very long wait, and still the sandwich quality was poor and missing ingredients. It was a Smokehouse Brisket supposedlybut had no crispy onions, no cheese, only a 1/3 of the bun had barbeque sauce, and the meat was lousy(maybe not even brisket).The mozzarella sticks were fine at least. Came here to pick up my Uber eats delivery I pulled up and it wasn't done, waited for about 8 minutes.. while I'm waiting people... are pulling through the drive through they served 3 people before I got my delivery order the girl said she would bring it outand didn't even bring it out.. they have the dining room closed so delivery drivers can't even go in to pick up the orders. Theydidn't even apologize for making me wait for 10 minutes. SMH I definitely won't be eating here Read more

So I've finally had enough. This location can't seem to get an order correct. I love Arby's food and eat here at least 2 a week... but they seem to get my order correct 9 outta 10 times and I just don't understand why? I would understand if it was every oncein awhile if they were really busy and they were rushing to get food out to the customers but theres never more than 2 or 3vehicles in the drive through when im there. The people that work there seem friendly enough but they just don't pay attention.I either get charged for food that I didn't receive or they just flat out give me the wrong orders and who wants to drive allthe back there to get it corrected once they're home??? I'm sure there's plenty of other customers with messed up orders top,because this happens way to often! Get it together Arby's!!! Read more
