This is a terrible place to go if there is league going on. They have all the nice lanes and we get a lane that is chipped and... has ZERO oil. That's a perfect way to scuff up your bowling ball, have your bowling ball vere off track by hitting some hole,and especially to kill your mood and leave early. Not that the location is bad or that thr staff was inadequate, it's just that we went at 8 PM on a Monday and there were only 2... open lanes and they were being used so it would be an hour wait. Sucks that so many lanes are dedicated to leagues when I justwant to bowl on my day off from work. Read more

I have enjoyed bowling on the Monday night non sanctioned mixed league. The staff that mans the front counter hadn't really... changed (except for a few new faces). The only problem (along with a number of others bowlers on our lanes that night) I havehad took place some weeks ago and the establishment was quick to respond and rectify the matter. The pro shop is staffed withknowledgeable and courteous people. I'm looking forward to the snack bar being updated with a healthier menu in the nearfuture. We had a nice time bowling as a family. The lady at the front was about as kind as kind can be. My issues were that they were... obviously short staffed and the lanes were not in good working order. I walked over to the food area to oder a soda and stoodthere for about 5 minutes. The gentleman working was very busy but he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I realize he was busyand it's hard to find folks to work right now but a "be with you in a moment" would have gone a long ways. Additionally, thelane kept eating our ball. We would bowl and the ball would not come back for multiple frames. Very frustrating and annoying.The lady at the front desk compensated us for our trouble. We still had fun, not like we are competitive bowlers but theseissues took away from our experience and thus the three star review. I wouldn't avoid this bowling alley but with so many tochoose from, we will likely choose another in the future. Read more
Attention management: Your facility has a massive problem with lanes breaking down and balls getting stuck. Sometimes they... are returned with damage. This issue is so bad that bowling here is no longer fun. I'm not interested in the canned responsestating the problem is being sent to the maintenance team and I won't send an email to corporate.
