I had my car issue in the drive thru and they were absolutely amazing. So respectful and helpful. Great place!! We come often... and feel this way, but in a tough situation they were absolutely wonderful. Read more

This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that doesn't fill your cup the rest of the way if you order light ice. I don't know... if they're just stingy with money or what, but it makes me not want to drive further to a Starbucks that actually cares aboutgiving their customers full drinks. This is just unacceptable, why would I want 1/4 of the drink gone when you can replace itwith more milk or water. Read more

I?ve been here several times and they can?t get your order right in the mornings if you ask for something extra or even light... ice. As you can see they gave me a regular scoop instead of light. My fiancé gets extra berries for his drink and never hasgotten the extra berries. Read more

When I want to treat myself (which may be a bit too often), this is the place to go! In person, mobile, or drive thru ordering... has always been smooth. Plus everyone is always so friendly! Whenever my coworkers want Starbucks this is where I go because Iknow I can depend on this location for accuracy and speed as well! Read more

Wished they didn't put so much ice for a venti. After a few sip only, I added a 12oz can, it was full before the can was empty. ... Still had 1/4 of a can left. Will definitely have to ask for light ice next time. Read more

Typically I get my coffee at this location. One day, they managed to make a mistake on two of the coffees that I ordered. Both... of them were horrible. The label on the drink was correct but it tasted like just pure coffee, which is not what we ordered. Itwas our usual espresso drink. Anyways, called them to tell them about it, and the manager gave us 2 free ones on the followingday. When I came in to pick it up, they gave me the drinks. However, I tried to tell them about my experience, it was repliedwith a cold shoulder. It wont stop me from going to them again. But the place really needs an upbeat. I miss the upbeat of thepast employees. They used to be very friendly, talkative, and just seem overall happy. The tone now is just kind of sad in themorning. Now it feels like I'm just number and they are rushing to get me out. Please take this in consideration and make theplace a bit more upbeat like it used to be. I believe in you girls! 12/30/2020 Update - Still getting my order incorrectly.Half cup? They always make it up when I call but they claim that they have new people. I am definitely a Caribou Coffee girl, although I love the salted caramel mocha that they have here in the fall. If they had... salted caramel all the time I would probably get a perks membership here. Caribou really needs to get salted caramel mocha. Theservice this time was less than friendly at the window but that?s not my usual experience. I do like how quick they are here.Usually I can get through the drive in just a couple minutes. Read more
