We go here on occasion as it is close to our home. 1 out 3 times they forget to include items I ordered and paid for. I vow to... check my bag each time before I drive away, but then they get it right the next 2 times and I forget to check it again... Justin time for them to again forget some of my food again. It's irritating to get home and you are missing one of your kids items.Then I have to drive back, 20 minutes wasted. They never offer me anything for the inconvenience beyond just giving me the itemsthat were missing. Rant over. The food is otherwise typical McDonald's, nothing special. Read more

I went Thu the drive Thu at 10:08pm. I ordered the big Mac bundle and I asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets. When I got... home, no bbq sauce. I called and they said I could go back to get it. I drove back and I only got 2 packets for 20 nuggets. Iasked if I could get something free for driving all the way back. And very rudely, the girl said..no. when I finally got homemy nuggets were cold. I spent $18.81, had to go back then eat cold nuggets. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow for sure. This location was a bit dirty. The tables had crumbs and the order number tents were crusty and sticky. Otherwise the... experience here was as you'd expect from a McDonald's. The ketchup dispensers were either out or currently not in use. Saucepackets were available at the counter. Read more
