I am giving this Wendy's 1 star due to my order being incorrect and the taste of the burger they gave me was disgusting. I went... through the drive thru. After paying, I was asked to pull up a little to wait for my order. That was fine and the service wasgood. Well, once I got home and comfortably started to prepare to enjoy my meal, I noticed that the burger was completely wrong.I ordered a Dave's double burger meal. What I got was a big burger with a disgusting white cheese melted everywhere, tons ofbacon, and some little fried onion looking items. All on a pretzel bun. I was so hurt because I knew I couldn't leave the houseto take it back. Plus my mouth watered for the Dave's Burger that I paid for. I tried calling for at least an hour, but noanswer. Wendy's has changed a bit per my father and I's realization. We're assuming it's because of the past covid illnesses back when... they originally started as the staff are fewer, the service is less than perfect which we certainly don't expect perfect but wedon't expect rudeness either. My dad's favorite item on the menu and he goes often is the chocolate Frosty of what she also getsa large and a small one with his key tab. He chooses Wendy's because of his love for frosties therefore he goes two to threetimes per week. Certain Wendy's have better service than others depending on the time of day and availability of staff. I'm surethey are doing their best but one of the main things that is difficult when we first get there is the use of the intercomsystem. Not helpful when my dad is very clear very clear when he speaks and yet they still cannot hear him and have him repeatit at least twice over not helpful. So overall in a positive note I had a chicken sandwich grilled the other day and it wasdelicious. I understand you cannot expect Perfection every time you go to the window but you certainly can expect perfection forservice because that is what this world is about is customer service. So Wendy's please work on this and we will keep goingevery single week. Read more
As a server this place is pathetic. Although we walked in 30 minutes before closing all of the workers gave us attitude saying... they were closed. It wasn?t until their manager came out to say they still had to serve us during store hours. So it becameclear all of the workers just were lazy and wanted to leave, as a server I have to serve up until closing hours. They wereembarrassingly bad at hiding they were talking about us. Side comments, laughter and all, as if they had to put in work when allthey had to do was heat up frozen Pattie?s. Most pathetic workers I?ve ever seen. Read more
This has to be the experience at any Wendy?s ever! There was no customers, but I still had to wait over 5 minutes to be waited... on. Two workers were just talking. 5 other employees standing around. Then they got my order wrong! And they would not give me arefund. Sorry, but try to avoid this Wendy?s Read more
I've never been to Wendy's managed this bad. I've ordered from this location probably 10 times. Every time they mess up the... order. Either forget something or give us the wrong item. No joke every time I've been here. This is one of the worstrestaurants I've ever been to in my life. My recommendation is fire all the staff and start over. Read more
I can?t make this up, I ordered a baconater, excited, hungry, the whole ordeal on doordash. THEY BROUGHT ME A BUN WITH MAYO ON... IT??? This was my second time eating at this location and boy did they have a surprise for me. I was the unfortunate winner of a piece... of plastic, you know the ones they use to keep the plastic bag the bread comes in closed? Yeah, that one. I had just taken abite of my sandwich (luckily I missed the plastic but just barely) when I decided to open it up to find this piece of plasticlooking just as surprised and confused as me to why it was there. I went back the following day (less than 24 hours had passedby the way) and I couldn?t even get through the door as it was locked. I had to get on the drive thru line to inform thisestablishment of what happened and to make matters worse there was no manager on duty and they didn?t apologize. So here we are,with a review and photos. The piece of plastic was even sauced like it was suppose to be there. I have filed a complaint butstill nothing! Please look at your sandwiches before eating. I?m so dissatisfied with the customer service from the drive through today. A young light skinned young female work the second... window was absolutely rude and disrespectful. After changing out our drinks again the sodas were disgusting. It didn?t tastelike a sprite. They never gave a receipt or anything. Read more
