Took 38 minutes to get food. Ask why it was slow, supposedly there was only one person cooking. I love Tijuana Flats, but I... will never go back to that location even though the food was still good. Read more

This Tijuana flats location has gone downhill. It's such a shame because there was a time when their food was so fabulous. ... Now, the tacos are about 25% full and this is the second time in a row that happened. There are plenty of other options in thearea that are good. I'm a simple man who doesn't complain, I just don't return. Read more

Really good food, portion sizes are decent. Lots of flavor in everything we got. I would eat there next time to make sure the... chimichanga did not get soggy. My only complaint is both meals had stale tortilla chips. When I went inside to pick up the mealthe meal inside everything seemed very clean and a comfortable vibe. I will definitely be back to try all the different saucesand options they have. Read more

Super toxic experience. Ordered a make your own burrito kit for takeout. Waited 40 minutes for food. Asked server multiple times... for an update, and was completely ignored. Finally got an update - apparently they called the wrong name and someone else tookour order. They rushed out the order, and the chicken they provided wasn?t even properly shredded, let alone spiced (seepicture). Didn?t even get an apology. . Worst takeout experience I?ve ever had. Read more

I wanted to like this place but it's a miss. They charge you for salsa, for sides, the guac is meh, the chips are cold and... straight out of the grocery store bag. Two tacos and a handful of tortilla chips was $10.50. The corn tortillas are the pre-madetype like at Taco Bell and tbh they weren't as good. The chicken quesadilla ($10.50 for one) was a great attempt but salty meatand unmelted cheese on a plate with a handful of chips and a teaspoon of Pico de gallo felt like a short. I'm certain they haveentrees that include beans and rice, but it was our first time eating there and we missed it on the menu, the cashier didn'toffer a combo or make any suggestions when we ordered. The refried beans were meh, the rice is meh..The sweet tea is good.Bottle of Modelo $4.00. Upon payment they ask to be tipped BEFORE you receive a receipt or your plastic drink cup or yourfood...The loud rock music didn't bother us but encouraged us to go outside where there was ample seating in chairs withumbrellas. We didn't have a server, but the employees seemed friendly. We'll just go to Taco Bell. Read more

Food tasted just okay, it was late and they weren?t exactly friendly. That?s all not why they get 1 star, there really wasn?t... enough food at all. We ordered bean flautas (make it a meal) and chicken chimichanga. They literally barely added any filling. That was the amount of guacamole given not the leftover. $26 later, still not full! We used to order here all the time, however, more recently they have reduced the amount of chips in Togo orders. Occasionally we... try ordering again and are just left disappointed. The food is still fine, but unless you dine in, you won't be getting manychips. We ordered a large amount of food for a family gathering and the largest amount of chips was what we would haveconsidered normal in the past. All the others were super disappointing. Read more
