This used to be a reliable location and everything was great but now they only ever have one person working and are so behind on... online orders they cannot take anyone else. For the most part the employees are great except for a few but they are completelyslammed. Had an online order and said it would be ready at 1915. Got here at 1912 and the order hadn?t even been started. Poorgirl was trying to power through 5 subs at once and three people walked out for the wait. The app never has everything availablebut once you arrive you see that they have all the items. It?s now ten minutes since my order was marked as ready and she stillhasn?t even started making it. Severly understaffed. Only 1 person on duty during prime time hours trying her best to serve online and in person... customers. Too long wait for "fast food". Managment, get her help. Read more
I get a sandwich here regularly. Although understaffed, my sandwich is always fresh and made to order. And the service is good.... My only complaint is that if I get there too late they can be out if cookies, but that's good for my diet. Read more
this is not a complaint on the store, its on a customer. I came in and the two workers were completing an online order and a... lady came in. One pf the workers told her that they will serve her when they are done with the order and then out of nowhere sheasked for their names. She left, and i watched her take a picture of them from outside and then she came in and started yellingat them. The workers were being calm but the lady just kept on pushing and yelling and eventually she left. She was being acomplete ?Karen? and made me upset. Read more
Stopped in for a bite to eat while traveling. First thing we see is the manager lady leaving, leaving a single employee (I asked... her name - Julie) to run the store by herself. Julie fixed great sandwiches... main part of store was clean. My problem is thewomen's restroom. There were urine drops all over the seat, and brown splatters in the bowl. On top of that, no paper towels. (Iwent in to wash hands after eating, so found the issues that way.) Obviously not serviced in a while. The young lady (Julie) isdoing foodservice and sales - she absolute should not be cleaning the bathroom as well. My big issue is the manager... she lefta single employee to manage all customers without verifying things were shipshape elsewhere, and Apparently she left for theday. Lady, whoever you are, you are a pathetic excuse of a manager. Your job is to look out for the store and your employees -you did neither. Owner - you'd better deal with this manager or she'll ruin your business. Read more
Where to start with this one star review. I will start out the 90 pound 18 year old girl was Awsome seeing she was by her self.... Five stars there. MANAGEMENT WISE FAILS! Leaving this girl all alone is not okay or safe! Then on top of that half of the menuwas missing disappointed in the shift before this girl for not helping her more and prepping other stuff. This subway I willnever visit again. Lost my business for good. Close it down and save your money. Read more
