UPDATE: 8/20/20 I changed the score from 1 to 5 stars. The owner of the store called me and he was incredibly friendly and... apologetic. I went back to Planet Smoothie and the store manager was also very kind! 8/19/20 Horrible customerservice. Employee was very condescending. I had a coupon for $2 22oz smoothie for the Planet Smoothie 25th Bday promotion. Theemployee said she had no idea what promotion I was talking about and didn't know what I wanted her to do. She called her manageron the phone. I tried to show her that the tablet laying on the store counter was advertising the exact same promotion, shekept putting her finger up at me to be silent. She got off the phone and said, " I know the store is 25 years old, there areposters everywhere" and asked if I wanted the smoothie or not. She was not wearing a mask and was rude so I said byyyye.
