I don't really understand how this place stays in business when their system is always down. They're not actually a 24-hour a... day restaurant because I've never seen them open more than a few hours at a time without their system going down. If I were toown one of these franchises I would absolutely be suing McDonald's for how often their system is down. Not bad . But they pushed me to wait to the last 3rd window with no associate person in it while in my car. We ordered our food at 10:26. It was simple breakfast food? three breakfast sandwiches. We were asked to pull into a space and... wait. We watched dozens of people pull away with their food immediately. 20 minutes passed. We finally had to go into therestaurant where no one would pay any attention to us. When we finally got someone?s attention it was apparent they were annoyedand unconcerned about how long we waited. They made the food and gave it to us with zero apology or explanation. We checked thefood was in the bag but didn?t open each wrapper. After we pulled away and started to open the wrapper they didn?t even give usthe correct sandwiches. At this point it was 10:55 and we were so angry we just ate the wrong sandwiches. I am shocked at howbad the customer service is here and how clearly disorganized they are. Went on 8/14 at 11 pm. First off I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before someone took my order. Then at the first window the... guy said in a very high pitch voice ?are you the one with the frozen coke and ice cream?. Staff and managers are ridiculously terrible at problem solving which you would think is an important quality to search for in... employees. Restaurant is DIRTY order was wrong not once but twice. Absolutely disgusting, food, dirt and many other things on the floor, didn't see anyone cleaning at all. Except for someone who... had to come too our table, I suggest those little mats that have a sign saying not cleaned and cleaned. Do not recommend, wewill not be coming back, one worker instead of doing her job like she was supposed to went off and did another job. ThisMcDonald's doesn't deserve a 3.7 ranting, I'm not sure anything was sanitary.
