Ok first time over a hour wait.. brushed it off everywhere has things delayed sometimes.. second time over a hour wait call and... they tell me my food was delivered argued with manager who refused to refund me or deliver pretty much told me I was lyingbecause driver said it was delivered asked my address 5 times so we both knew right address.. finally told me he will send hisdriver back out and if it's same address he will not leave my food well driver comes back out and tells me he did indeed deliverto wrong address so told em tell his manager plug his mouth with a knob.. anyway didn't order for a while decided try againcouple weeks ago 2 hour wait... Ok so next time order early no big deal maybe I keep catching short staffed days well againalmost 2 hour wait and my final time at what point do you close deliveries down because i can order 10 pizzas from slowest pizzaplace get em quicker than this Read more
Service was fast and accurate. Prices are reasonable. The Chicken Caesar wrap is very tasty.
Ordered food over an hour and a half ago. Called the store and talked to Eli who stated they only have 1 driver. Probably... shouldn?t be taking orders if it?s going to take you guys 2 hours to make a sandwich delivery. Read more
I am writing this review so that people know that JJ cannot deliver on time anymore because of shortage of drivers. Thrice my... kids' lunches were delivered 50 minutes late to their schools, and they had no time to eat. I placed the order at 8 am for 11.30delivery and their lunches reached them between 12.15 and 12.30, including today. They mix up orders and don't followinstructions - happened multiple times but we let these things slide. For instance, adding cheese when asked not to - etc. Aboutdelivery - when I called they told me that they are very short on drivers, and they cannot guarantee delivery anymore. Iunderstand this - it seems to be a widespread phenomena. But they really need to let people know, so that we don't depend onthem until they get their employee issues sorted out. Such a shame because we ordered from JJ every week for kids' lunch. Read more
90% of the time it's great service and "freaky fast". I've had a couple issues on larger orders around the dinner rush. Can't... say the customer service was all that great when I called in because half the orders were sightly wrong, only 1 sandwich wasmarked and one sandwich was completely wrong but, " It's your fault for making a large order during dinner rush." (7 sandwiches,I wasn't in any rush) If you can keep your orders smaller and not during rushes you'll likely get the usual 5 star sandwichexperience. Read more

In the same day I ordered from another location and got the wrong sandwich delivered TWICE!! Manager was rude and ignorant. I... called this location (kirby) to just pay and get my sandwich made correctly. Wayne was understanding of my situation when Iasked if it can be checked that it is correct. Wayne then delivered my sandwich to me and then PAID FOR IT with his ownmoney!!! He was sweet and great service. Presentation of the food was nice too. Thanks Wayne! You have a kid delivery driver- the grey Honda 4 door that was parked outside the store today at 4:25- is consistently driving... recklessly around this neighborhood. I don?t even eat Jimmy John?s, but I see this kid cutting people off almost causingaccidents and having the audacity to flip other people bird while doing so. On the next occasion I will take not of his licenseplate and send to the police. When they ask me if I am willing to testify to the reckless driving I will say yes. Read more
