Horrible service. Sat at the drive through for almost 10 minutes after being asked to wait with no explanation.
Ordered my food to the wrong place. Called the store because I didn't realize that. They offered to remake my food and bring it... to me. A few minutes later received a call from the manager complaining about having to remake my food. I don't understand whythey didn't verify who they were delivering it to and why he had to call me and be rude. Read more

Usually this Jimmy Johns is pretty quick (Fast time to my office was like 12 minutes after hitting Submit on my order) and the... food is generally good (though they never really seem to pay attention to the "cut in half" and "napkins" requests... Todayhowever, I ordered one sandwich for delivery at 1:34pm. Its currently 2:20 and my order status is still "order received" Iexpect things to be a bit behind due to worker shortages but this is starting to feel like they're just not going to deliver myorder at this point.
