Around the time the Covid outbreak occurred, special order instructions are ignored or forgotten to an almost 100% rate. I would... estimate I've had 15-20 remakes since 2020. I order thin crust, request it is pie cut, but it is always square cut, the employeeto ring me up notices this and informs me they are remaking it. I often just take the first pizza to not waste my time, buttoday was the first time they had to remake it twice, I just took the second pizza, as sitting around waiting gets old when itshould be done right the first time. Hearing an apology for the same issue over and over with no improvement shows the lackeffort from this store. This store has had more than a fair shot at improving. I wont be returning. Read more

What quality this location had has quickly went downhill. Pizzas are consistently burnt black and still sold to customers.... Employees have flippant attitudes ?I guess we are sending out bad pizza tonight?. I get that they?re busy but the quality checkis not there. Remade pizzas aren?t even worth the wait. Very disappointed, Philly cheese looked as if it had tumors coming out of it.
Pizza was getting cut as I walked in... GREAT! I asked to have oregano sprinkled on top and was told no. The assistant manager... on duty explained that her supervisor states that oregano that is used on pizzas other than thin crust would skew the inventory.I worked in food service for over 30 years and I would like to know what percen of food cost, per pizza, oregano accounts for.I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe the ridiculous excuse this assistant manager had to spew out as justification for telling acustomer "no." I have absolutely no complaints with the assistant manager nor the other two people on duty when I arrived, mycomplaint is with the manager and owner(s) of this franchise. Read more
Ordered a chicken and cheese pizza and it had a piece of bacon on it and my bf is allergic to pork. The quality of the pizza was... just bad period. Also the workers did not wear gloves when preparing food. Read more
First time ordering pick up from the Kirby ave Champaign location. No business with any pride in their work would have let us... leave with this food. Our pizza had huge burnt bubbles of crust all over. My garlic parm wings had at least half a bottle ofthick dressing just dumped on top of them. SO gross! Will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
I picked up a pizza at the Kirby location. When I opened the box at home there was no visible cheese or sauce and it was burnt.... I wish I had opened the box at the store. I would have walked out and left it. We haven't had a Domino's pizza in years becausethere are so many good pizza places in town. We won't be going back. Read more
