Find another BK to visit! The drive thru service at the Prospect location is beyond terrible. The current manager Sherri is the... absolute worst. She claimed she could not take 6 digit codes from the BK app and instead of her being apologetic oraccommodating- she had an awful attitude. The saddest part is she?s in a leadership role. It?s not worth it! Customers pay hersalary. Do better Burger King!! Your loyal customers deserve better! Read more
I've been coming here a lot the last year or two and I have never had a bad experience. My kids love the nuggets. So much better... than other fast food places. The employees are very nice and very giving to their customers. I don't have any complaints. Keepup the good work! Great crew. Read more
Probably, the worst Burger King I've been at so far. Stopped around 7-8 pm on Friday, Sep 2nd to dine-in and were told they are... closed (are supposed to be open until 11 pm) without any reasonable explanation of what happened. The manager told us we canstill do drive-through. Once we stopped at the counter window, they refused to accept coupon, couldn't provide a receipt (toldus they ran out of paper), overall it took them about 10-15 min to prepare to order. The manager was quite rude and asked topull away from the window twice although there was not a single car behind (now I understand why). The most disorganizedmanagement and service at the location. Update 07/21/22: No wonder this place is dead, parking lights have been dead since I moved here in February. This entire corner,... except for the other businesses around it, is pitch black. What?s going on dudes?! Original posting: Experience based ondrive-thru experience: Came here for breakfast this morning and ordered the 2 for $4 mix n match at the drive-thru. I get to thewindow, pay, and while I wait I noticed she didn?t have a mask or any gloves on when bagging my meal?was my meal prepped thesame way?
