Ordered $5 big box with a Jr bacon cheeseburger. Drive off 1st mistake ? wrong burger. Went back and explained. One of their... employees (Asian in black tee) make some comment. Got the replacement and drive off again. 2nd mistake, they gave me the samewrong burger back. Returned to store and the window guy said ?he gave back the right burger? ? funny because if he had, I won?thave gone back. I asked for a full refund $5.40 because I had to return TWICE! Customer service at this particular Wendy's was poor. Drive through was backed up for a very long time. I ate my food inside and... the same vehicle that was in the drive through when I walked in, was still there when I left. The gentleman that took my orderseem hung over, hair was a mess, and overall just very unpredictable and seemed disinterested in being there and taking myorder. Staff needs to be retrained, even if short handed, they can do better. Read more
Guy taking the order didn't need to be working both, taking orders and back cash. I said multiple time, clearly, a number 10 he... tried to give me a number 6 and 10, didn't take the tomato off and didn't even ask if we needed a receipt, if you can't payattention to orders and take cash you don't need to be doing it. I've been at work all morning and wanted to get away and have lunch somewhere that I could dine in. As soon as I walked in this... Wendy's I was disappointed and knew that I would be heading right back to work. This place is SOOO dated!! The carpet is veryold and nasty, and it doesn't feel clean like somewhere you'd actually like to sit and eat. The doors had smears andfingerprints all over them as well. The only reason that I did order food here to go was because they had a posted rating of100 - A. The kitchen looked ok from the little that I could see and I needed to get back to work however I won't be eating hereEVERY again unless they close and remodel!! Read more
Walked in and horrible smell in the restaurant. Cashier was pleasant and received my food fairly fast. Fries not the freshest... but it?s ok I was starving. Most tables dirty. They were out of coffee and I ended up waiting an extra 7 minutes while they made it fresh. Also out of the frosty that I had... ordered. Reading other reviews it seems like they?re out of stock a lot. Just left from there with a $5 biggie bag. The fries were cold, the burger was old, almost threw up after the first bite, the... nuggets were old, and the soda smelled like pee. I went to start eating and trashed practically a full meal. Read more
