Every fast food restaurant on Chamblee Tucker Road near the Perimeter is just awful - with the exception of this Wendy's.... Someone plowed into the Zaxby's sign with their car over a year ago, and there it sits still to this day in a mangled heap. TheKFC / Taco Bell customer service is atrocious and the kitchen is just gross. I'm grateful that I have access to decent fast foodin a pinch at this Wendy's. The staff are not very friendly, but I don't care about that. They are efficient and have quickturnaround. Read more

Saturday 9/10 at 6;30 I ordered 2 $4 meals and EVERYTHING was cold and the bread was hard I called and spoke to a very rude... young man that acted as if I didn?t know what I was talking about. I was going here like 4 times a week. Ice dropped it down to 2. Will probably stop going eventually. This time they gave me the... wrong order. I don't eat cheese and I ordered a 4 for 4 with no cheese they gave chicken with cheese. This is the second timethey gave me cheese on my sandwich. But I guess if you are just ordering regular it will be right. I just don't eat cheese. I mainly come here to get my son breakfast before his football training sessions. This facility is always clean, and the staff... is friendly and provide work service, wait times at this location are way shorter than most Wendy's. Glad they finally repairedthe drive-thru menu board that had the bullet holes. Read more
Worst chicken ???? sandwich I got at a Wendy's. Definitely old and dried out with a burnt bun. Probably under the heat lamp too... long. Have had plenty other chicken sandwichs from other Wendy's that were excellent. Went to this Wendy's location for thefirst time a week ago. No indoor dining so went through the drive thru. You can pick up online orders inside. Service was quickand professional. Order was correct. Also ordered a large chili and small frosty. Frosty was good but chili was only 70% filledup. Felt jipped. Plenty of crackers though. No receipt was given. There was handicap ?? parking. Difficult to make left turn outof restaurant onto Chamblee Tucker. Read more
I?ve been eating at this Wendy?s for years and have never experienced any of the issues that other reviewers have reported.... Today we ordered the Pretzel Bacon Pub Double burger via GrubHub, along with fries, chili and Frosty. The order arrived completebut kind of lukewarm. That is certainly attributable to delivery time and nothing 30 seconds in the microwave couldn?t solve. Ithought the burger was delicious and the pretzel bun was a perfect choice. All the ingredients blended well together. I wouldget it again. The fries, chili and vanilla frosty tasted like they have for the years that I?ve been getting them. Read more
I receive the worst and most unprofessional service today at this Wendys. I was disrespected, laughed at and my food was... snatched out of my hands by a manager by the name of Melissa. I will be going back to that Wendys to speak to a general managerin person and I will be filing a formal complaint against that employee and that Wendys. Read more
