I just went to get a quick sandwich. The woman working start making a sandwich of her own. She put some random cheese on there... and tried to heat it. I had to act quickly and tell her that?s not what I ordered. I wish they would actually pay attention. Thejob isn?t hard. All you have to do is put the toppings the customer wants on the sandwich. I don?t understand why it?s hard to follow instructions on an online order they put the wrong ingredients on all 3 sandwiches... and items were missing. I paid extra money for extra cheese, extra meat etc and they did not put it on the sandwich and I wentback to the store to return the sandwiches and asked for a refund the employee and manager were going back and forth saying theycan?t refund me because it was an online order. THE ORDER WAS PLACED AT YOUR STORE AND YOUR STORE EMPLOYEES MADE THESANDWICHES...SO WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR STORE? They wasted 30 mins of my time. On top of everything youcan?t even apologize for the mistake or try be understanding or try to rectify the situation by offering to remake thesandwiches or offer store credit. Who argues with their customers? This Subway franchise needs some customer service retraining.I own a business myself and I will never treat my customers this way! The worker wasn?t even paying to attention to people coming. So you just had to wait til she decided to come up from the back.... She didn?t cut my sandwich in the middle(horizontal)so it was lopsided and didn?t even bother to close it when she wrapped andbagged it up... it?s a sandwich not a bowl of salad topped on bread... and she didn?t give me my receipt.
