Had vegetarian noodles and dumplings. They tasted good but I did feel like I was missing something in the noddles to make it a... full meal. Perhaps a side of vegetables. Really friendly service! Read more

Updated (10/2022): I know prices have gone up everywhere, but the prices at Gu?s seem like a ripoff. - Zhong Style Chicken... Dumplings ($15 for full order of 12 pieces): Good. - Dan Dan Noodles ($14): Came with barely any beef, so basically you?re justpaying for noodles. - Spicy Crispy Beef ($19) with Side of White Rice ($2): I thought this tasted fine, but I don?t really seewhat the hype is all about. Tastes good, but pricey. Original (2020): This review is for takeout only. We ordered on a Fridaynight and it only took 18 minutes! We got Chicken Dumplings with Zhong style sauce (12 for $12), Handmade Sweet and Spicy ThickNoodles ($12), Kung Pao Chicken ($16) and a side of White Rice ($1.5). The Chicken Dumplings were delicious. The noodles wereamazing. (We added soft-boiled eggs to our leftovers the next day and it was the move.) The Kung Pao Chicken was really good, but pretty spicy, especially for being only one pepper sign on the menu. I think it?s a little ridiculous that the meals don?tcome with white rice and that there?s an upcharge. The portions were really large with plenty left over. We?ll definitely getthe Chicken Dumplings again, but instead of Kung Pao Chicken, we?ll try a different entree with less spice. In coronavirustimes, they are going above and beyond in terms of safety. Everyone is required to wear masks, they sanitize the table betweeneach customer, only one customer is allowed in at a time, and they?re still only doing takeout as of 8/14/2020. Veryimpressed. Good food, generous portions. Overall, we recommend! Read more

Excellent food but not a good value. Loved the hand-pulled noodles. The dumplings were fresh but I didn't like that you have to... pay for dipping sauces. This place has a strange ordering process where you order right at the entrance then are seated. Theyshould move to full table service given the price point or slightly drop the prices so that it's similar to other fast casualplaces nearby. Read more

Tasty food with huge portions and lots of veg options We recently ate here. Although the ambiance and service is nothing to... write home about - more like a fast food restaurant, but the food was delicious. We ate their mapo tofu (made vegetarian),Szechuan French fries and Szechuan green beans. Everything was delicious and their portions are huge! Read more

My husband and I saw this restaurant on Atlanta Eats and thought we'd give it a try. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! The dumplings were... perfect and the General Tso's chicken was crispy with a sweet and spicy flavor, not soggy like most places. The highlight of ourmeal was the Spicy Crispy Beef entree. The flavor combination was like nothing I've tasted before. I highly recommend this dish. The portions were large, the restaurant is clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I definitelyrecommend Gu's Kitchen! Read more
