My husband and I went through the drive through. I ordered 2 small frosties. 1 chocolate and one new peppermint. When we... pulled up to the window the waitress gave me our frosties. I gave them to my husband and handed her the money. She refused itand said they were "on the house today" !! I was shocked. Very happily surprised. This never happens to us. The food is delicious, I went 3 times to eat at the place in a week, because their Baconator meat was very juicy and rich, their... brand lemonade is also very rich and refreshing, the last time I went there was garbage in the floor, that's why I give 2 starsto the Atmosphere but the rest is excellent Read more
The cashier was friendly. They took the order and served us quickly. However the fries were warm not hot the way they were to... be. The coffee was warm. Floor was not very clean and the table was dirty. Other than that my experience was pretty good. I willtry it again. I believe that the staff needs more or better training. Read more

The customer service I received here was appalling, I know mistakes can happen with orders accuracy but to then let me stand... there for 5 minutes while my correct sandwich got cold ( which I could also see just sitting there ) and then tell me theydidn't need to make me another sandwich cause the one I had ordered was still good! We only ordered 2 burgers made exactly the same and asked for cheese only with mayo and lettuce. We got home to eat right before... our shift at work and there was nothing on the burgers but the cheese and bun. I called and asked for a manager, he said themayonnaise was recalled due to Ecoli. However the cashier didn't bother saying anything to us about this when we asked for it.So their employees need to be trained more as far as how to make a customer aware that they can't have what they are ordering toavoid this situations.
