I?m not one to leave reviews or complain much about service but I will not be returning to this location again. I have given... this location multiple chances over several months and I always seem to leave disappointed. Tonight the staff seemed to be moreconcerned with their own conversations than giving the correct orders or even semi-good service. Took over 15 mins in the drivethru, with 2 vehicles in front of me to receive a version of my order. I ordered a #3 with tots and a root beer. Not a difficultorder, I thought. My fault for not checking my order while still at the window but you did not get one item correct. I receiveda small burger, cold and heavily salted fries, a hand full of ketchup packets, one napkin and a coke. Read more
Used to love this place, had excellent service and everything was amazing. Now you can never order from kiosks or the ice cream... machine is broken, or the ice cream is runny. Was just there and that?s exactly what happened. We left to go to Brusters, muchbetter! Read more
Stopped by here today because my family and I wanted to try some of the new items that Sonic has been advertising lately... including the Shark Week Slush and the Sour Patch Kids Slush Float. This was or these drinks rather were the sole reason forour visit. We first parked at one of the kiosk and it was not working. We then parked at a second kiosk and then pushed thebutton to make our order. The lady on the other end then told us that they were short staffed and that they would be able tobetter serve us in the drive-through. Once in the drive-through I ordered our drinks and I was informed by the lady on theother end that they were out of both. So like I said at the beginning these drinks being the reason we were there we left andwent somewhere else. I was then informed by my daughter that she was there recently with friends and when they pushed thebutton at the kiosk to order they just never answered them back so they went somewhere else. My wife also had a similarexperience where they told her that she had to go through the drive-through but the line was a mile long so she also wentsomewhere else. Same ol story different day. Another business becomes an apparent victim of COVID-19 because we had been tothis particular Sonic location several times before and never had any issues until recently. Read more
Stopped for icecream/milshakes with friends. Food was good, but service was not great. Brought out the wrong receipt for our... order and couldn't help us figure out who's order was who's. Our order was mixed up with our friends' and we couldn't tell whichshakes were which (we ordered separately). Server's response was that she was just asked to bring out the orders, she didn'tactually know what was what. Read more
I love their tater tots and corn dogs. I don't like about Sonic is you can barely hear them whenever you're at the intercom... thing to order your food and it takes forever to get your order they're so slow. But on the plus side the foods always been goodand hot and they have a clean bathroom. Read more
I ordered delivery and NONE of my items were right AND the food looked disgusting. I urge whoever management is to look into... getting new employees because even when I go through the drive thru it takes no less than 40 minutes every time because theworkers simply do not know how to do their job. This was gross there?s what looks to be food on the inside of my milkshake brimAND the whipped cream looks like someone dipped their finger in it and had a taste, something that wouldn?t have happened ifthey actually covered the tops before they sent orders out. We ordered two of the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meals in a large, and ended up getting a small combo for both meals. They... charged us for a large though and didn?t give us a receipt. By the time we realized it, it was too late. Also, when they handedus our drinks they were spilled all over the top and side. The chicken was all stale and cold breading chunks with no chickeninside, and we couldn?t even poke it with the forks. Never going back!!! Read more
My 1st time at Sonic the food was hot, fresh and DELICIOUS!! The girl working the drive thru window was very friendly & did a... great job. The only down side was the amount of time we sat waiting for the cars ahead of us & our order was a bit longer thanusual.
